I called this company at 8pm for an emergency toilet clog. The website advertised 24/7 emergency services ""any clogged drain for $69.99. This is what his website stated. So I reached out to arrange for emergency service, the gentleman that answered my call told me. It's after hours and it will be a minimum of $650 for me to come out. I shared with him what I read on his website and he said ""well I'm telling you it will be $650 for me to come out. I'm only here to say, It's simply unacceptable to advertise misleading business information. What's more disappointing is his dismissive attitude while speaking with me as a potential customer. Let's Bring back ethical business practices that reflect customer care in whatever capacity of service you specialize in.
The next plumber I called gave me the price advertised on the website and arranged to come first thing in the morning; but more than that. They cared about how they represented their company and how it translated to me as the customer, It matters.

Still using this company, they are great. We've had good luck getting them to come over fast. They are super nice and knowledgeable. We've had them replace worn out drainage pipes and fix faucets. I wish everyone we worked with was as good as Mr Fix It Right Plumbing! Thank you Bryan!

Mr Fix It was very professional, reliable, and responsive! I think I'll get some more quotes next time I need plumbing work done, though. I got charged $1800 for a job that took two people less than two hours. That seems more expensive than it should have been.

I scheduled Bryan to do some basic plumbing to our residence. With most repair folks you can schedule a time for them to show up. Not with Mr. Fixit, it's first come first serve. We are required to call or text at 7am and let him know that we want him to show up. If you're fortunate enough to get an appointment there's still no guarantee he will show up on time. We scheduled for a Monday 9am appointment and later said he couldn't be there until 12-2. By 1:30 Monday I realized he's not leaving enough time to do the work before I have to pick up my child from school. I contacted him via text and asked if he was coming soon and if not we'd have to schedule for the following day. I got a thumbs up. Again I was told to call or text at 7am to confirm. I explained that I also have a schedule and need to be able to plan my day, the day before. He reaffirmed that I should call or text at 7am. At 7:19 I wrote a message thinking I confirmed our time. By 9:00 I've had my schedule cleared and ready. I texted twice with no response. I followed up with two calls and left messages on voicemail. It wasn't until I texted him at 10:21 am and told him he failed to show, that I got a very unprofessional text response full of capital letters and accusations saying we were the problem and canceled on him multiple times. To be clear we will not be working with Mr. Fixit going forward.

Asked for a quote for a leaking kitchen faucet. Leak is due to cracked nut, old washer and old o-ring.

Got quoted for $650!!! Ridiculous!

The range should be between $120-$350 at most.

My specialized hot water heater with the fancy fan went out over the weekend, of course I had an extended warranty for my home and of course, they said, ""your warranty don't cover leaks or pumps"", of course I was mad and one day has gone by with freezing cold water. I called around and finally I called Mr. Fix it Right Plumbing and I'm glad I did. They came out, replaced my hot water heater and last night I took a hot shower, it's the little things you lose sight of, but appreciate so much. I know plumbing issues are tough and finding experienced plumbers, who won't rip you off when you need them the most can also be tough. This company was pretty spot on, prompt, reasonable, effective and efficient, I will use them again.

Do not use them. They are not licensed. They do not stand behind their work. Why would anyone use them?

I used them successfully for a rather large project rerouting a bath plumbing line which required opening up the kitchen ceiling. I was happy with their work.

Then, I used them the second time with terrible results. There disregard of our underground drainage system when connecting a new waste line to the existing sewer line which caused flooding in the basement and thousands of dollars of related damages. I called them and asked them to come out and review the damages with me. They never called me back. I emailed and texted them with the same results.

I had to hire another plumber (this one likened) and the bill to repair the French drain was $2K. Looks like Small Claims Court

I had a middle of the night pipe explosion that needed to be taken care of right away. They were able to get someone to me ASAP within an hour (when everyone else could not- after 10 calls) and had it fixed in less than an hour. They were polite, followed great Covid protocols and were overall great!
