My ancient sewer line has been a problem for years. 3-4 clogs in the last month. After 2 hours this morning with a power snake, we finally called Mr. Fixit Right. Took them 15 minutes - start to finish! Great price and great guys!

Mr. Fix It Right is the perfect name for this company. I'd been trying unsuccessfully to maintain with a clogged kitchen sink after the frustration of looking for a reliable plumber. I'd perused the reviews of several plumbing companies on Yelp and either got no answer when I called or they were too busy to schedule an appointment for me. It was a breeze scheduling my next day appointment with Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing. Bryan arrived on time and quickly fixed my clogged kitchen sink and leak. Bryan also corrected a blotched faucet installment done by another plumber (to remain nameless). I will definitely call Mr. Fix It Right for any future plumbing needs. Plumbing problems are very stressful so it is nice to know that the company you've entrusted to complete a job is competent and reliable.

Had a leak at the base of my toilet. Looked for a plumber on Yelp and saw all the positive reviews for Mr. Fix It. Called and Bryan answered the phone. I explained the issue, he said he could come out the same day, arrived when he said, did the work in record time and his fee was more than reasonable. I appreciated his quick response and professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely keep his card tacked to the fridge and highly recommend him.

I am putting in a basement shower, alas the 50 year old ground drain pipe put in when the house was first built is completely stuck, not a drop of water would seep through. The wimpy snake I bought at Home Depot is no use. I put off the project for several months because I don't know whom to call and don't want to be gouged. By luck I saw his van in Chinatown and you know the rest of the story. Mr Fix It Right---Brian came to my rescue. He is friendly, punctual, affordable but most importantly he is very skillful. He brought in a power snake and it bore through the clog in no time. And he only charged me a very reasonable $70. The other person I called was going to charge me $150. Later I found out just renting the big snake machine from Home Depot would cost $60 for 4 hour. So Brian definitely saved me time and money. I really appreciate his help and he is definitely my go to guy next time when I have a plumbing problem. Thanks Brian.

Brian was great. I had a tub that was clogged and he was able to come within 24 hours to get it unclogged. He showed up right on time and did a great job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Mr Fix It Right to anyone who needs a drain unclogged.

More problems when this rip off artist tried to fix my rocking toilet for $220. When he put it back he used wing nuts. He did not replace the wax ring & toilet bolts. This is my second comment. Please read it and save yourself some grief!!!

Bryan is a knight!

We have a tiny hole in the wall restaurant in Hayward - my mother owns/runs the restaurant , small one person operation. Building is in shambles, Pipes are old and probably not in compliance with the city code and everything breaks all the time. The silver lining is that the food is great so we're able to sustain operations but there's no room for anything to break down because it's a ripple effect.

Lo and behold, the sink drain (in ground) suddenly stops draining and has been clogged with standing water for 2 days. Made repeated attempts and followed multiple suggestions of numerous chemicals as well renting a snake ...alas to no avail. Last night had nightmares about jack hammers and cement breakage to get to the pipes (all of which have happened before )......so by this morning I'm at my wits end with no solution and mum's mounting distress.

So this morning, I decided to look up a local plumber on Craig's list and something made me pick this number. He showed up right on time and not a second late. Made an honest effort for about an hour with every piece of equipment he had. Based on my experience with previous plumbers, I know that he went above and beyond to try to get the drain working. After an hour or so, when I was feeling completely deflated and starting to accept that this was going to be some major construction work , it worked!!! He was able to get it the water flow going! yay!

Extremely professional, courteous, pleasant, honest and fantastic customer service. He is now on the restaurant speed dial and no need to look any further. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Bryan came out on short notice and did an awesome job clearing tree roots from our outside drains. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He has excellent diagnostic skills and equipment to determine blocked pipes and works patiently and efficiently to clear them. He is thorough and as his slogan says, he does it right. We had several feet of dense tree roots and he didn't just stop after the first huge root section came out. He made sure it wasn't still blocked, as a result, he removed a scary amount of additional tree roots! Bryan came after hours, worked late and gave me an extremely fair price. I will absolutely use him again, and thank you Bryan!
