After making the mistake of hiring Roto-Rooter for my last plumbing job and being ripped off, I decided to be more careful when I recently needed to hire someone to fix a leak in my bathroom sink. I decided to use Mr. Fix-It based on the stellar reviews and could not have been more pleased with my experience. David (the owner) was very responsive even during non-business hours and was able to send someone over to check out my leak early the following Monday when I contacted him late in the day on Friday. The plumber that he sent was very professional and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job fixing my leak (which involved replacing the faucet, drain, and shut-off valves). The price was extremely reasonable - I don't think that I would have done better anywhere else. I am so glad that I found Mr. Fix-It and would definitely hire them again.

Our hot water heater, which was under warranty, started leaking on Easter Sunday. We texted David (we are prior customers) and he got back to us within an hour with a promise to show up the next morning. We had a new hot water heater under the warranty by noon the next morning.

Over and over and over, Mr. Fix-It Plumbing keeps doing incredible work at my condo. They've replaced, fixed and adjusted all types of things in my home now, and they really stand by their work. My shower stopped turning on one day so I sent a quote request on Yelp. David was responsive, punctual, and professional. We had this same issue less than two years ago and he diagnosed the issue quickly and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Price was reasonable. We would use him again in the future.
