Called this plumber for help with a leak in my kitchen. He tells me he is unable to help me for three weeks. Asked for a recommendation. I obviously can't wait three weeks to have a leak fixed. He told me he didn't know of any other plumber he could trust. I would worry about trusting a plumber he doesn't know of any other colleagues to support a prospective client. You can't expect someone to wait three weeks to fix a leak. He was very rude on the phone. I would really think twice about a plumber who has no professional connections.

So our garbage disposal in our kitchen sink has gotten to a severe level and we were really looking earnestly for a plumber to come unclog and help us with the motor. However, this company decided to ask if my garbage disposal was running, and when I responded, I was just told that they couldn't make it. Why even ask the question of what is wrong with my garbage disposal
if you're going to just blow me off and say you won't be available. Not sure what the deal is.

You need no other Plumber in Brookline other than Mr. Fix Plumbing. David recently completed a complicated 2 boiler replacement in tight quarters in our boiler room. He efficiently and diplomatically resolved the technical complications bringing the ventilation system up to the town's new codes that was required to pass inspection. He's rapid fire quick in his assessments, and getting his work completed in clean and professional manner, reflecting a lifetime of experience and it was all done for good price. Today our shower faucet broke and we couldn't turn off the water. We called Mr. Fix-It Plumbing and a few other businesses. Mr. Fix-It was the fastest to respond and show up.

The plumber - Jefferson - was diligent and courteous. He shut off the water, got to the root of the problem, and went to the supply store for a replacement part. Within a couple of hours, our shower was as good as new.

Emergency plumbing services aren't cheap, but I won't hesitate to call Mr. Fix-It again if we need someone in a pinch.

I just moved into a new house and the mixing valve on the hot water tank sprang a leak. David took my frantic phone call, was here within an hour and fixed the problem (a cracked washer) in ten minutes. What a relief!

I have used David a few times in the past and he has always been great. But today took the cake- Last night I had an emergency- a valve in my dishwasher had let go and water was just pouring into my kitchen. I couldn't turn the valve under the sink off because it was frozen and so had to turn off all the water in the house at the main. I called David first thing this morning to see if there was any way that he could come to the house to fix the under-sink shutoff valve to the dishwasher so that I could turn the water back on in the house. He couldn't, but he gave me his dad's number! His dad was the original Mr.Fix-it! Dad came over a couple of hours later and fixed everything in about 15 minutes, including installing a new water supply hose to the dishwasher. Very reasonable price, too!
You really can't go wrong with these guys- I feel so fortunate to be their customer!

David and his team replace my boiler to high efficiency boiler they were very polite clean and professional.
After talking to few Plumbers before I decide to hire Mr fix David the owner was very knowledgeable about the system and what need to get done.
The price was fair and the quality of the job surpasses any expectation.
I defiantly going to hire them again and recommend any customer to check with Mr fix it before hiring anyone else.

Fantastic plumber. Always on time. I've had David do several jobs over the last few years on my house. I live in downtown Boston and always get great prompt service, job big or small. He installed our combo hot water/heat system a few years ago and just did our stove installation last week. Top notch service and quality work.
