Paul is a six stars plumber. Our washer backed up with some TLC on its mind. Paul accomplished this, however felt something was not up to his par. Two trips under the house revealed the culprit- sagging pipe and some unorthodox elbow connections. These problems will be addressed in next few days. Called Mike Diamond first because I can't stop hearing their commercials and they said they could come over in 2 days? Naaaahhhhhhh!! I have the clog today so .............Called Mr Fix it, Paul (who was professional and nice) showed up in less than an hour and took care of it. No surprise fees, exactly what they quoted, BAM! Will call them in the future if needed!

Would give zero stars if it was allowed. Stay away from this place unless you want to get stood up while you're in dire straits. I called last night due to a serious overflow. It was a mess. We were thrilled when someone picked up the phone a 8:30 pm on a Saturday. They said they'd be out in an hour...Then they never showed. Called back and left two messages. No call backs. None. Those bullets about operators ""always standing by"" 24/7 and their promos to ""never leave you stranded"" are complete lies. Again, STAY AWAY and get in touch with a plumber on Yelp with fast responses to quotes.

They have done a variety of jobs over the past several years including a new main drain, new shower, and new hot water heater. They have done excellent work. I particularly like Nick, who is very knowledgeable, fair, and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Reasonable pricing!! They fixed the leak around my toilet within minutes and even cleaned up after they were done without getting stuff everywhere which is plus because my last experience with another company tracked white cocking stuff all over my floor and wouldn't come out! So it's greatly appreciated!! Def would recommend to a friend!!!

Stay away!! They should be called Mr. Break-It!!

I live in a HOA, so I don't have a choice who we use for external plumbing. These guys are the worst. Unprofessional and they have no idea how to fix plumbing. Every time they've done anything to our place they've broken things. They had to come back more than 3 times for sprinkler repairs, and the original problem still isn't fixed.

Please don't call them.. unless you don't want your plumbing fixed.

Always responsive, day or night. They come, fix the issue quickly, and leave without leaving a mess. Been very cool about their rates and payment: usually mail me an invoice after service and I mail a check back. Good people and an asset to my business when in a jam.

The plumber who came to my home was very professional...arrived promptly as promised. He was wearing a nice white shirt with logo (impressive). He was quick in diagnosing and fixing the stoppage in my sink. Price was as quoted over the phone. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I spoke with Ashley who immediately scheduled a visit by Nick. I'd requested Nick because my neighbor spoke highly of the work Nick did for him. Nick came to my home and looked at the suspected problem areas---took 30 minutes.....decided that I really didn't need any work right now and didn't charge me for his time.

You know I'll call them first the next time I need a plumber (or think I do).

I recently paid 130 dollars for a simple snake job. Jack came in, got the water to drain, then left. Then 3 weeks later the water started backing up again. I was patient and tried using the plunger hoping it would go away. (Im bald so no - im not clogging the drain with hair or anything unusual) So I eventually gave up and called them back because apparently the snake job was not thorough enough. They told me Jack would call us back on the issues - and guess what. He said we were past the warranty! I was like, really?#$% I just paid 130 dollars for the most common task that a plumber has to do and all you can do is warranty your job for 30 days!! That is unbelievable and make it clear that they do not want to be held responsible if their work is not meeting standard expectations. I could have used the other companies and got a 1 year warranty for less money.

As always-a-lady states ""overpriced"" and ""not worth it!"" . If you're going to pay the premium, then you want to get premium service. These guys can't even backup the most standard task of snaking a drain.. Isn't snaking a drain plumbing 101??

Never using them again!
