A plumbing company neglects you when you have a broken pipe and no water in the house. I told them I had a pipe break the night before. Send pictures also needed some upgrading in the piping while the wall was open. They said the plumber would call me directly. No one ever called me and I have been without water for two days. I lost an entire day getting this fixed since they said they could help.
