Kim D.I hired Jim to install laminate flooring. This had to be his first time it is a wreck. Rather than buy the $8.00 tool that allows for perfect edging on corners and door jams, he simply cut a nearly right square and pop it in. It looks awful.
He did not seal the edges by the dog door. When it rained the water came in and warped the flooring. Yesterday was our 3rd appointment for him to come fix the problem.
He did not show up, I called to remind him we had an appointment, he did not return my call.
If you need someone to fix things with spare wire and duct tape, he's your guy. If you want quality, attractive work... find someone else.
