My rental house in San Jose had some minor termite damage to the outer garage door trim. Anar from Mr Fix came was able to swing by the same day that I called (abut 6 pm) and gave me a very fair bid. He came out two days later and replaced, caulked, and painted the trim. He also sprayed some termite stuff in the area before replacing the trim. All edges are level and true. I am extremely happy with his work. I will definitely call him again if anything needs repair or maintenance. I have found my handyman and am so happy about it. What a great value and his service is excellent.

I had two kitchen sinks needed caulk repair on the edge. Anar came and did the repair efficiently and the sinks look like new now! The cost is $165, and the whole operation is quick, the final result is clean/tidy. I would recommend his service.

Highly recommended. Anar (the owner) and his crew did an excellent job for a reasonable price of a variety of repairs at the house. These include unclogged a slow drain kitchen sink, repaired a leaky toilet, replaced several faucets and valves, recalked bathtubs, patched and re-painted dry walls, remounted several window/door screens, repaired a faulty light switch and installed a new door lock. He also suggested the more cost effective ""restore"" than replace the light fixtures and went to a few stores to look for a ""hard to find"" part for the screen door. We had called Anar twice and would call him again for any future projects.

Mr. Fix (Anar) is a highly skilled, very smart handyman. He trouble shooted a plumbing leak that a plumbing service had failed to figure out. He fixed the plumbing issue, patched the drywall so you couldn't tell there was ever a problem, and painted.

Also It is nice and stress-free to have a one stop shop for an issue like this. I didn't have to work with a plumber, then a separate drywaller and painter. Also it's hard to find people for small drywall jobs who are skilled. Mr Fix was a one-stop solution for the whole situation.

I highly recommend Anar.
