Mr Faucet was recommended to me by Paraco Propane as a partner installer after I needed to have my propane line brought up to code. I placed numerous phone calls to the company, but never received a callback after telling them what I needed. When I called back numerous times of the following days later, I would get the runaround as to why they never contacted me back. When I told my Paraco sales rep about the issue, they said they would call on my behalf. I was then told by Paraco that Mr Faucet would call me by the end of the day; they called SIX WEEKS LATER. I dont give many 1 start reviews, but you deserve it as your business practices are horrible.

Gas line installation was billed by company as ""what they do"". They do a lot. Problem is lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. They were installing a gas line for fire pit and grill. Was going to covert my propane to gas. The grill literally sitting right there when evaluating job. When comes time to hook up they tell me I need a converter kit. Major detail overlooked. The installer was a fill in because they can't keep appointments straight. He chipped my brand new stone work because he was lazy and sloppy. After instillation (and they were paid), 5 calls were placed to address an issue with no return calls back.
