I had a very peculiar issue with my plumbing at 11pm on Friday.I have only been in the house 6 days and had called Ed. He came out promptly and pinpointed the issue. He was very personable and professional. He took the time to fully explain what had taken place and cleared my sewer line.I cannot thank Ed enough for his services. I am a customer for life!

Ed was fantastic to work with. Always picks up his phone when you call. Made an appointment for the next day. While within the window he gave me, he called to let me know a job he was currently working on was tying him up longer than he thought and he would need to reschedule for the following morning. He called the next morning when he was on his way. Very personable and knowledgeable guy. Great communication from him throughout the process. I would definitely use him again.

We needed new pipping for our laundry machine. We called up Mr. Ed's plumbing and he came over on his way home from his ""last job"" of the day. He showed up at the time he said he would with an assistant. Both wearing a cover over their faces, very professional during this time. We spoke briefly and he seen what he needed to do. He got straight to work and a few minutes later he told me he didn't have the part in his truck he needed, and he'd have to go back to his shop to get it. He got back a short time later and finished the job. Everything works perfectly! After he was done my wife asked about garbage disposals and reconnecting our dishwasher. They scheduled the job for the next day and was at the house ten minutes earlier then expected. The man doing the work wore shoe coverings and a mask. Again, I liked that. He had to replace the p trap with smaller piping and reconnected the disposal, really quickly. Only for us to discover new we need a new dish washer....

Mr. Ed's Plumbing is an excellent company. I found a minor leak; they were at my home in less than 24 hrs. He immediately diagnosed the problem and set up a time to fix it the next day. I have probably changed out over 20 hot water heaters in my life as a real estate investor but I have to say that Mr. Ed's Service today changing out my parents hot water heater was second to none. First they were able to do it in the same day I called because of emergency situation and my elderly parents for no additional charge. They were the most reasonable priced company out of five that I called in total. Which means they were fair and of course I needed some additional items but they ended up being all very necessary and my parents were extremely pleased. Additionally I had purchased a new shower head for my parents as well which was not in the scope of work but they installed it for us and cleaned out the aerator on my parents vanity at no additional charge. My parents gladly increase the invoice by $100 and sent them on their way with home-baked cookies and brownies. Do use of the people that you want doing work in your home or business because They're good people that did a great job.

Ed is an awesome guy, nice and above all professional and respectful. He came out on several service calls for us and then eventually when it was determined that we were going to have to hook up to the sewer we chose Ed! He had the job done quick and fast and smooth. We were never left without water or toiletries. Overall I would highly recommend Ed to anyone needing plumbing work.

I discovered that we had a slab leak in our laundry room. Called around and it was determined that we needed to know exactly where the leak was. Upon having that completed it was time to get estimates for the repair. Ed came out, looked at the situation and was most reassuring in his manner. He explained my options and gave a competitive quote. On Friday, June 12th, Anthony and Michael arrived and promptly began taking the necessary steps to dig up the floor in the laundry room. They were very careful to minimize the mess that was created and were very communicative in letting me know of their progress and the next steps. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and when the project was completed they were sure to leave the room as clean and neat as possible. Anthony also installed a shut off valve and water supply line for the water heater. I was pleased with the job, the attitudes of Ed, Anthony and Michael, and the price was certainly within the competition. I will be calling them again if I have any type of plumbing issue. our garage disposal broke and needed to replaced so we called around and no places returned our call until I ran across mister Ed's and man thank God the other places (rooter) didn't return out call because mister Ed's fell straight in our laps! ed came in with his assistant and they had mask and shoe covers and were very professional! they had a brand new garbage disposal in stock and was able to replace my disposal in less than a hour. he was such a good guy that he only charged me for the cost of the disposal! mister Ed's is the man!!!! thank you mister ed!!!

Super awesome company . Ed is always open and honest . Don't hesitate to hire them. Has been to my home on several jobs . Always five star service at a good price . They have done faucets and outside plumbing for me and the work is top notch. Highly recommended.
