Save your money and call another plumber!

Mr.Ed came out serviced my unit in Stockton and advised me the line was cleared! LIES

Within 2 days line was backed up again. When I asked him to come back out and fix the problem he told me he could but it would cost me because theres no warranty. He offered to run the snake 100ft the second time.

Why didnt he run it 100ft the first time?? Because he is a minimalist. He will do the bare minimum and charge you the max!
But He gave me the excuse that he couldn't run line longer than 40ft the first time because the pipes were old and corroded...but offered to come back the second time and run it 100ft!

He kept pushing for me to ""get a clean out, get a clean out"". Of course that costs more than the services I was interested in getting.

In conclusion I called another company and they came out cleared the line! The plumber went nearly 90 ft THE FIRST TIME. Line is still cleared! I was advised the pipes were fine!

If your into wasting money, receiving services with no guarantee and want someone who is going to do the minimum required only to upsell you on other services...than this is the plumber for you!

My husband and I bought a house about a 1 1/2 months ago and soon realized we had plumbing issues. After two failed attempts by two different plumbers sent by our home owners insurance association(joke), nothing was resolved. Not only did they rush to tell us the job was not under coverage, they left us thinking we'd be out thousands of dollars.
Feeling defeated and drained by the experience, we ran across the name Mr. Ed's Plumbing and Rooter Service. Trust me when I tell you this guy was phenomenal!!! He was professional and optimistic. He made us feel there was hope. He assured us that whatever the issues were, it would be fixed today. Approximately 30 min. later he had cleared the line and handed us our invoice of less than $200.00.
We are extremely grateful for Ed, a plumber who took the time to get the job done! He's our plumber forever and i would highly recommend Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service to anyone who needs help.

Mr. Ed's plumbing came out to my house quickly as promised. I was extremely satisfied with the work done. The original quote was for 329.00 having to pull the toilet because I was unaware of the clean out trap outside. I have had this problem once a year for the last 4 years. Mr. Ed's is the first plumber that was able to locate the trap even though it was buried. It ended up being 140.00 cheaper than originally quoted since with the extra work he was able to access from outside. Very professional and courteous, I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

At last minute blues my toilet wouldn't flush, bath tub flooding inside and laundry garage was leaking water. I googled the nearest person and came across Mr. Ed Plumbing. Answered quickly and very professional from the initial time we made contact over the phone. Explained what the situation and he was able to trouble shoot immediately. I think they ( Ed and Anthony) was here for a total of approx 45 min tops of actual work time maybe less. I was no help to locate the drain outside which they were able to locate which I never knew was there. EXPERIENCED, SWIFT, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE. Our toilet was backing up into the shower and bathtub. After foolishly trying to fix it myself I put a request out on home advisor for some plumbing help. All the so-called 24/7 services didn't even pick up. Good thing!Mr. Ed's plumbing was the first to call me the next morning and they arrived like they said they would.

Mr. Ed quickly cleaned out the sewer line and our house was back in business. But most of all he was friendly and courteous and gave me some tips on how to prevent the matter from happening again. Thanks, Mr.Ed!

I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews. So, when I do, it's because I've either experienced something great or something horrible. Happily, this was something great. I had a severely backed up kitchen sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. I found Mr. Ed's Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give him a call. He said he would be at my home in an hour and he was right on time. He replaced our old plumbing under the sink and removed the clog. He also installed a new garbage disposal as our old one had cracked. He did this all in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable price. He was very pleasant to talk to and very good about communication. I highly recommend him.

Woke up to shower and had no hot water. Checked my water heater and it was not working. I tried to ignite it my self and but couldn't keep it on. Called Ed and told him my issue, he knew exactly what my issue was and gave me a quote over the phone. He came out the same day and took care of the problem.
