WATER HEATER, & PLUMBING ROOT PROBLEMS

Our cheap water heater from a big brand store stopped working, so we called Josh, & within the hour he showed up. After we agreed on the proposal, within another 2-3 hours he'd finished replacing our water heater with a commercial grade one.

While he was there we had him check out our sewage lines; our house had it's original [clay] plumbing, so there were a lot of roots in the line causing yearly flooding problems.

Josh gave us a competitive proposal, & by the next week he had his team install a sleeve into the line preventing future root problems. It took them about 4 hours to complete a job that would take another company, a couple of days to complete.

We will be reaching out, & referring Josh for any future plumbing problems or projects.

I want to highly recommend this company, Mr. Drains Rooter, for your plumbing needs. During the Memorial Holiday weekend, I decided to do some landscaping on my front yard. Dummy me, I accidentally punctured my water main line to the house and created a geyser. I searched desperately on Yelp to find a plumber to come out and this company was the first to respond to my request. Josh came out early the next day to repair my line. He repaired it quickly and efficiently. In fact I was so happy with his work, I mentioned that my mom down the street also needed some repair work on her sink which I was going to schedule an appointment, but he said he could take care of it right now which he happily did. Thank you Josh for your quick work. I will definitely call you again in the future.....

I had an emergency kitchen drain leak that lead all the way to my laundry room on the first floor. I called Joshua at Mr. Drains Rooter and Plumbing.

Joshua was super professional and listened to my problems and quickly came out the next morning on time to start looking at what the problem was.

He immediately opened up the drywall and identified where the leak was coming from. Gave me a very reasonable estimate and I agreed to have him start the job.

He was very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Gave me his honest opinion and let me know that because my house was built in the 60s that the remaining pipe will most likely experience the same corrosion. I think his knowledge and honesty will save me a lot of headaches later on which I think it is so valuable.

While replacing a section of pipe under house, we saw how badly it had narrowed inside. In addition, we were starting to see fresh water flooding our bathroom and hallway.

I found three plumbers that I left phone messages (it was a Sunday). The ONLY return call was from Mr. Drains, and I got that in only 15 minutes after I left my message.

Josh came over and put a camera down the line. Our house was built in 1950 - some 70+ years ago. The original pipe under the house as well as the larger pipe crossing under our yard to hook up with the city's sewer system were both breaking apart. Too many earthquakes, too much settling of the house. Both pipes really needed to be replaced.

Josh gave me a good price, offering me reduced price to do both jobs. We set the date and time for the work crews. On the appointed day, Josh appears about ten minutes early and was quickly backed up by a host of his workers.

The important part of this review: YES they were respectful of people and property; YES they arrived on time and worked hard; YES their pricing was good; YES, if I need plumbing services in the future, Mr. Drains will be my first call. I highly recommend this company and know they will give you the same honest service I received.

If you have a need, these are the folks to go with!

I called a well known outfit (we all have heard thier smart ads on the radio), to come out to address a backed up sink at my business.

I then had to leave to take care of a customer issue off site before the plumbet arrived. So I left instructions with my employee to have them snake it for thier constantly advertised low price of $99 and to call me if there were any other issues/charges.

Of course, I get a call. I'm being told by my employee that the plumber did not even bother to try to use the clean out next to the blocked pipe under the sink and that the drain pipe itself inside the wall has now been broken and there is water all over our kitchen floor and inside the wall. On top of that, I am now being quoted $3500 to repair that which the plumber has just broken.

I ask him to please wait until I can return and the plumber's reply is, I'll come back tomorrow morning.

When I return, I find that he indeed break the pipe off in the wall and the clean out is completely untouched!

I tried calling the plumber several times the next morning but I'm now ignore. He does call back later but never actually returns.

That's when I finally gave up and contacted Dr. Drains. Their rep Josh came out, did a thorough inspection and clearly explained the root cause of the original issue. He also explained the now needed repair required to fix damage the first guy caused.

His team came in, knocked out the repair and took care of the original problem for less!

Now we can get back to work.
Thank goodness.
