I am with everyone else. This is a one man operation. No company no staff , no nothing. They do small jobs fine. But anything big, stay away. They ask for money up front then stall, make excuses and run with your money. STAY AWAY

Do not trust this company (Man). He claims to be a company with associates but he is just one man. We hired Charles to do a couple of small jobs and he responded quickly and performed well. So we trusted him to do a larger job but he needed the money in advance. We paid him a significant amount of money. He took the money and ran. We filed a lawsuit which we won but have still not been able to recover any of our money. Doing additional research we have found that this is a common occurrence for him. I do not know how he can legally continue his operations! I hope this review saves you from making the same mistake we made.

Last year we paid Charles Saunders of Mr Drainjet to come and do a plumbing job. He failed to turn up and following numerous excuses we sued him and obtained a judgement against the company that we are now pursuing through collections. Do not trust this company.

Took 5k and didn't complete anything. I don't think he is even licensed. Now I have to hire a lawyer. I would definitely go anywhere else. I'm a single mom with a half done bathroom and no money to fix it!

Horrible experience. Reverse osmosis hooked up so that the cold water was going straight to the RO faucet. And the entire unit leaked, causing me to have to hire another plumber (Charles refused to come back and fix it). Two of my 6 faucets now leak too. He demands 50% up front, which should have been a tip-off for me because reputable professionals hardly ever require up-front money.
Plus, check the Registrar of Contractors...you won't find him licensed there so he really isn't a 'plumbing contractor'

My technician Charles was very professional, courteous and explained the work that he was going to perform. I am so pleased with him. I called in the morning and he told me a technician would be there within the hour. Charles came within the hour and gave me a free estimate for parts and install. The price was reasonable and I will surely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Its not often you call a plumber who actually answers the phone, but I was lucky enough to find Mr. DrainJet, LLC that not only answered but listened to my requests, gave me reasonable pricing and arranged for service the very next day. Soon after we ended our phone call, I received a text with a detailed work order and pricing. When Charles arrived promptly at 10am, he got right to work replacing my kitchen faucet with one I had purchased and then went on to install the shut off valve on my new gas stove. Because we are new to the area we had a lot of questions about where the gas line for the house is, how to operate the a water softener, suggestions for fixing our gas grill and even repairing an electrical outlet. Charles was kind enough to examine each thing and give us suggestions. We have worked with many trades people over the years and Charles ranks at the top. He is multi-talented, experienced and a gentleman. If we could give him 6 stars, we would. Look no further.. Charles motto is ""Quality service that won't break the bank""
