Mr. drain saver technician came promptly to diagnosed my plumbing issue he was very professional and knowledgeable, his prices were very reasonable great work ethics after the work was completed he made sure to leave everything clean. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality & service l received .
I would highly recommend this company if you're experiencing any plumbing problems .

This guy, Al Lopez, is arrogant and condescending, among other things. When I tried to ask a question or point something out, he just talked over me in a condescending manner. He told me it would be $300 plus $150 for parts to install new fittings in my toilet tank. I told him I couldn't afford that much. He also said there was a $50 service charge just to come out. When I initially called to schedule, I was told that service estimates are free. He tells me that was a mistake. Yet his business card says ""Free Estimates.""

Be aware, this man will try to scam you for as much as he can get. He's unethical and a liar. I would call someone else.

Quick and clean service. Al did a great job of replacing the sink fixtures on a very old sink. The price is a little on the higher end but you get what you pay for right?! We will certainly be reaching out to him for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you, Al, for the great service!

My Miele dishwasher was clogged so I decided to call a plumber to see if they could clean out the drain hose (after looking online and trying some DIY items first).

Al was super responsive (gave him a star for that) and scheduled an appt for the next morning.

Showed up promptly and texted me he was on his way. Seemed like a nice decent guy.

He helped tighten the kitchen faucet from underneath the sink. Tried to do it by ourselves but didn't have the right tool. So he tightened that (about 10 mins).

Then asked me to start my dishwasher to try and dissect the problem. He then goes to get his vacuum to drain out the water that was in my dishwasher. Let me know there was a bunch of corn stuck and he cleaned it and sucked out all the water. He then told me it's for sure the drain pipe which he can't replace since he doesn't service washing machines. Only the pipes.

Charges me $250!!! For a 30 minute visit. Which ultimately resulted in him tightening my kitchen sink and sucking out some water, which he started my dishwasher and by the time I realized it he had left and now I have a whole pool of water sitting at the bottom of my dishwasher again. Texted him to give him the opportunity to explain and he was like well I started it again. Like wth. Why would he leave with all the stinky water there still.

It'll be sitting there a whole week since that's when the next available appt is.

What a RIPOFF! Only used him since my bro said he seemed to be honest...(but he lives overseas so perhaps thinks paying exorbitant prices makes sense).

I understand if he had actually helped to resolve the problem but I have the same exact problem.

Ridiculous.

I had two clogged toilets that would absolutely not flush down. After trying so many home solutions to fix it myself I finally gave up, bit the bullet, and decided to call in a professional. I called numerous plumbers and rooters and got the run around twice from two different plumbers one didn't show up and the other who gave me a ridiculous price. Some guys even asked for an inspection fee to even drop by. Finally, I called Mr.Drain Saver and spoke with Al, he was able to give me a general price range over the phone based on my description. He showed up on-time the next morning, quickly found the problem, and cleaned out my drain TWICE just to make sure he fixed it. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. Now my toilets flush flawlessly and I couldn't be any happier. I will definitely call Al back for any plumbing related issues in the future.

Woke up on Mother's Day morning to a clogged toilet. After trying a couple of plumbers who advertise to be 24 hr but do not answer their phones, I tried Mr. Drain Saver. It was 6 a.m. and Al answered the call. He said he would be out in about 30 min to an hour. He arrived in about an hour and fixed the problem. He cleaned and sanitized everything after and didn't charge an exhorbitant fee. Will definitely call him again in the future. Great customer service.

Absolute worst plumber I've ever met. Complete lack of communication and misdirection about pricing! Quoted my wife $55 to unclog our bathtub and sink, which I confirmed upon arrival. Asked him if it wasn't too much trouble if he could unclog the other two. He said ""no problem"" not saying there would be an additional charge. Then when I write the check for $55, he says, ""Oh no ! Its $55 per drain, coming out to a total of $220 !"" Which I refused to pay. On top of that he left grease stains throughout our bathrooms, and left dirty water everywhere. Avoid using these guys at all costs. As you can see by there other yelp reviews, they are by far the worst plumbing service I've ever come across.

Called ""Mr. Drain Saver"" from an ad on craigslist. The ad said clean out rooter pipes for $125. My bathtub and my tenant's next door was backed up. I guess I shouldn't be surprised when he came by and told me it would be $175 because the place where he put in the snake was not a convenient area. His ad should have said that. Bait and switch. I needed to get this drain unclogged so I felt I had no choice. Then he charged me another 100 bucks to go down the bathtub drains for me and my tenant as well! He kept calling me ""my love"" --an unprofessional and inappropriate moniker to call a customer. Creepy! . And he yelled at his son who was helping him. I asked for a reciept and he gave me a BS answer he didnt have any and will deliver one to me later. Then on top being overpaid he asked me to put his SON's name on the check. Screwing over the IRS much??!! I'm still waiting for the receipt. ..Yeah, he did unclogged the drain but I do not think I needed the mainline done so not only was it way too expensive I paid for work I didn't need. DO NOT use this guy, He rips you off overcharging for services you don't need, calls you inappropriate endearments and makes you write checks to his son which he yells at.

I just found out this A-hole may not even be licensed!
