My drain got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I'd called couple different plumbing companies but no one was able to help me because it was a weekend. 5 inches of water in the basement made me panic. Then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing. The Dispatcherwas very friendly. He said the drain specialist would come in a half an hour. The plumber found a problem right away and solved it. Stick with the $79.99 special if you have to use them. They are good at talking you into something you don't need because of inexperience on your side. The job is done but it is over-kill. I will call somone else next time.
