Alex H.This business is a scam and deserves -100 stars. These crooks charged me $500 to replace a simple ball valve leading to the water supply of the house then talked me into an Emerald membership. The guy arrived with a van, but NO tools...he complained to me about working too many hours and having to crash on his uncle's couch to finish the work the next day...not professional and not my problem!
When they were done, they left the bad hose bib on the same pipe and wanted another $200 more to swap out a HOSE BIB! Who charges $500 and does an incomplete job!? I called to complain numerous times and finally got them to go back out and fix it on their own dime. The bonehead then wanted to do a complete house inspection to check for other problems. He wanted another $2500 to rebuild my 5 year old drain system because he said there was sludge that clogged the drain. I declined, then he pulled out a rod in my hot water boiler and said I needed to replace the anode for corrosion for more $$$. Once again, I declined...then months later I noticed that water was leaking out of my hot water boiler, causing mold and water damage on my walls...guess what it was caused by!? The same knucklehead that pulled out the rod and didn't screw the cap back on tightly, causing hot water to drip from my hot water boiler for MONTHS!
These guys should be put out of business and should not be allowed to put up different versions of the same company profile on yelp. F- Do not hire these guys or you'll be sorry.
Also, they have not done anything to address my refund request to the emerald club. Worst company ever!
Jessica L.Really great service! Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbingwas very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what the problem, all the options, is and then expertly continues to clean the drain. He came within an hour's, and there was no extra Emergency fee. Another thing that I liked was excellent customer service! I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Mr. Drain Plumbing. I even purchased a lifetime Advantage Plan Membership. Thanks again.
