Worst plumbing company out there! Unethical, total scam.. I don't even feel right giving one star. Big goose egg in my book.. $265 to clear a bathroom sink are you kidding me! Proceeded to tell me the P trap was bad additional $175. This was all over the phone. Told him to get the hell out of my house. Called another Rooter company they came out in 20 min cleared the drain and told me my P trap was fine. the best part was I payed a tiny fraction of the price Mr. Drain wanted. UNBELIEVABLE!

Bait and switch... I called Mr Drain this morning to arrange a clearance for a slow drain. The phone receptionist very quickly told me that the advertised fee was for one drain and there would be an additional $45 service charge for coming out.

Before Bruce showed up My house was a complete mess!!! I had brown water in both of my bath tubs and not a single toilet would flush.
I'll spare you the details of the fact there was a leak SOMEWHERE in my ceiling.
I called at 715p and by 830p Bruce was standing in my bathroom when 4 other companies told me it would be at least until midnight or not until the next day.
I was shocked when he only charged me $385 to snake the drain, drop a camera down the drain to diagnose the problem at 830 at night
I can't you tell how nice it was to have these guys in my home. Bruce came back the next day and didn't leave until it was ALL DONE!!!
They stayed until 1030pm cleaned my entire kitchen and that was that!
When I thanked him for staying so late to finish rather than come back tomorrow he said ""tomorrow didn't work for you and today did. It's what we do,""
I would easily recommend Bruce and this company to do any of the work in my house again. He honest and professional and got my entire house functional again!!

This company is def a scam, they went to a customers house for a back up, told them they would need to pull the toilet to clear it until the customer told him about the clean out with a sewer popper right next to the front door that he walked up to, he said that would work to, cleared the sewer crawled under the house came back and told them their whole sewer is messed up not to code and needs to be raised above the dirt and there is sewage everywhere and their sister company needs to come clean it up $3000.00 and then $12000.00 to replace the drains. Well I crawl under its dry as a bone, yeah a portion of the drains are still old and the only drain in dirt is one at the foundation going to the front yard and to replace what's left 1 day two plumbers prob a twelve hour day so $4000.00 plus material wondering what is the other $8000.00 for and what was their restoration company going to clean up? Stay clear or you will be sorry

DO NOT use this business. I recommend highly to stay away.
Upon calling, they were accommodating but would not quote anything over phone. Explained a $45 visit fee that would be applied against the work done, ok seems fair enough to me, no problem. The PROBLEM is that they are an extreme rip off! We essentially just paid the guy $45 to NOT rip us off! $400 to replace an emergency shut off water valve? Are you serious? Insane! I almost want to file a dispute with my credit card company after thinking about this. You get ripped off either way, so unethical and ridiculous. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

We had the misfortune of a pipe breaking on a Sunday aftn. I called several local plumbers and this co. promptly scheduled an appt window. I rcvd a call to confirm when the plumber was to arrive and he was on time! Arthur gave us a very reasonable estimate for a Sun, and he took care of the problem quickly and professionally ( w/ a 90 day warranty). I would definitely use their services again.

I spoke with the owner, Todd, on 10/26/12. I tried to explain my some issues that I had with his plumber, Michael. He kept interrupting me and telling me that my pipes were ""illegal"". He also kept telling me how unhappy my renters were at the property due to the plumbing problem. I grew very frustrated by his tirade about my renters so I put my husband on the phone to talk to Todd about the plumbing issue.
My husband, started talking to Todd about the plumbing issue. Todd kept interrupting him. My husband politely asked him not to interrupt him so he could explain the plumbing issue. Todd said, ""I'm the owner, I can do whatever I want"" and then he HUNG UP ON HIM. What is with the lack of maturity in this company. Not only will we never use this company again. We will review your company on the internet any place we can find and tell people exactly what happened. We are also calling the City of Concord and having them flag your company as a company to avoid. We are also talking to our lawyers and are considering moving forward with a lawsuit. Personally, I think that your Pillars of Value need some serious work.
