My garbage disposal got jammed up and I called around several local companies. No one could come out for somewhere from days to a week but Mr Drain sent someone out that same afternoon. And they actually sent out a Field Supervisor. Ben was able to diagnose the issue quickly and got the disposal back to working. We did end up having to replace the unit, but Ben was able to recommend us a great new one that will likely last longer than our house itself! Highly recommend this company!

These guys do a hell of a job!!! They are super fast and knowledgeable! I got 2 guys who came out in the middle of the night to help me out their names were Jacob and Devin! They came in and assessed the situation, and then got straight to work the whole process went super smoothly and the work was done wonderfully!!! I would call these guys and ask for Devin and Jacob stand up dudes who are fast and knowledgeable and respectful!!! Great work guys!

Ben from Mr. Drain came out to my house today - a really nice guy and knowledgable about plumbing issues. He arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem within a few minutes at no charge.

For anyone in the greater Sacramento area looking for plumbing services, I highly recommend trying Mr. Drain. While I hope not to need plumbing services again soon, if I do, Mr. Drain will be the first company I call.

Amazing service. Came promptly to fix a blocked pipe. Worked well for a week and then backed up and they identified another issue that they fixed and didn't charge for the repeat visit. They have earned my business!

The guy that came was very nice. Snaked the sink and it didnt work, still clogged. Said they would need to make a clean out for 3K. I said I would think about it. He also had to come back as I had a drip after he left. Got another plumbing company out and they snaked it and it is cleared...Did he not know what he was doing?
At least they didn't charge me for coming out and trying. They get a 4 for that.

Trash trash trash!!! I would never use them again.
1- had me chose a time but arrived 5 hours later.
2- finally communicated they were on the way, but still showed up after that time. Considering I took a WHOLE day off work, I could've went to work.
3- Technician (BEN) wanted to charge $450.00 when I had a promo for $90.00.
4- When asked about another service out of curiosity, he questions $1200 to run a line through the plumbing.
5- Not friendly customer service.

I had an emergency call to Mr Drain today. My whole backyard was flooded and water coming out the street. Anna was very responsive and got Ed out right away. Ed is a field supervisor, extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very glad that he is in our area and that he was here to help when needed. Definitely recommend this great company to anyone!
