What an incredible service experience! They gave a very prompt response on my initial inquiry, and were able to set up a same day appointment (availability within 60-90 minutes!). They communicated well and accurately about the time of arrival. They quoted a low and very reasonable price- best among many competitors, and I knew exactly what to expect re: what I was paying.

Ed, our service technician, was very proficient, friendly, and was able to clear the blockage within minutes. He also helped install a bidet which was an additional bonus. In addition, he showed me what to do in case of a future blockage.

They're now my go-to plumbers for any plumbing needs, and I would unequivocally recommend this company to anybody within their service area. Don't overthink it- just call these guys- you won't be disappointed!

I started replacing my bathroom faucet and could not complete it because of extreme vertigo, but the water was turned off to the house and couldn't be turned on. Mr.Drain was the first company we found that would come within 24 hours. They arrived well within the time window and communicated well before hand. Both Derek and Roy were personable and efficient in listening to what we needed, giving us a reasonable estimate, and then completing the job. We have our new faucets and most importantly, the water is back on. Thanks.

Inquired quotes at 9pm the night prior and received a schedule appointment for the next day at 12-2pm. I appreciated the quick response and quote of $93 to drain a clog, which was the final payment I paid.

Ashley called around 11:30am to let me know that the tech would arrive later than 12. And received a call from Greg that he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. I appreciated the update as I wasn't sitting around guessing.

The drain was cleared within minutes. I believe the whole process was less than 30 minutes (draining + Greg showing me the insides of the pipe + providing me quotes for additional service that would be important to prevent clogs again). I would recommend Mr Drain to friends and family for quick and reliable service.

We've had two other plumbers out over the last 4 years telling us our problem was our kids, not the plumbing... and yet sewage kept emerging from the base of the toilet. Mr. Drain came out and REALLY LOOKED at our problem, removed the toilet and looked at the pipes around the house. What they found was disgusting. I'm mad that this wasn't found when we bought the house, but I am hugely grateful for Mr. Drain and I'm very excited to have our bathrooms finally fixed. Call these guys for plumbing problems. I was riding my bike on my neighborhood when I saw Mr. Drain trucks near my house. I asked casually if they could fix my shower drain. They were at my home and fixed my slow-draining drain in about 5 minutes. And, Greg, the Founder, wouldn't let me pay him because they were already down the road. Excellent service.

They seem very nice and thorough. They said they discovered a bigger problem under the house. If it's true then I will likely use them to fix it but I'm going to hire a private home inspection company to go under the house to make sure I'm being told the truth. Sad that we have to go to such lengths these days but such is life. I'll update this review once I have the report from the home inspection company. There was one negative that concerned me about this company but I'll post it later. It is a very minor thing but a concern. I'll give them a 4 star for now but will update later

UPDATE: upgrading my 4 stars to 5. Greg came out to give us a quote. Took the time to go under the house and assess the issue. I'm comfortable with what Greg said and that it is consistent with what his employee said earlier. Greg also provided us with photos of the area that needs attention and he addressed the minor issues that caused me to give a 4 star instead of 5. All in all Mr. Drain appears to be an honest company and Greg (the owner) cares deeply about the reputation of his company which means that he is going to take good care of his customers.
