I had an emergency and Mr Drain sent a technician out. First technician could not fix it, they did not have the tools.

Next technician came out and gave me the second hand car sales pitch, if they say do you want a bandaid solution or a proper solution, brace yourself, you are about to get a heavy hit to your wallet.

Technician offered to hydro jet the drain ($1600) or do the proper fix (almost $7k), but if the hydro jet did not work then that amount is credited to the big job. I agreed to this.

Another set of techs come out, they do the big fix, but they never did the hydro jet.

I call them back and tell them it's not fixed, they send a supervisor, happy that we are getting someone now that help get this resolved, he comes out, and tells me do I want the bandaid fix of the proper fix ...yes, you are reading this right, I tell him ai already paid for the proper fix. He tells me I need to have it hydro jetted. I tell him I already paid and he said the contract that I signed did not have those details and he can give me a discount for the hydro jet. Yes, they pretty much left me with no choice and another $1200 later we now have a fix. I reviewed the camera and the pipe was fine, there never was a need for the major fix, the hydro jet would have r worked just fine.

I am guessing the techs probably get commission or the supervisor surely does. Watch out for these folks and do the hydro jet first always and make sure it's done.

My downstairs toilet just started erupting on a Friday night and completely ruined my evening plans! Luckily I was able to call Mr Drain the next morning and Dallas came out and immediately started looking around my house to find the source of the back up. He was able to locate the main pipe to my home and unclog the blockage and restored order! He even used the pipe camera to show us where the clog was and the condition of the pipes. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient and we greatly appreciated all his hard work!!

This company solved an old leak problem in our laundry area that was interfering with our washer and dryer. It took all day to dig into the walls and repair the leaks but it was worth it in the end. Their team was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions.

They came out, and unfortunately, the shower faucet broke on the technician. They were able to get it fixed the same day. When they did not address an issue with the diverted, They came out the next day and fixed it without any additional charge.

I contacted Mr. Drain as water was backing up in the bathtub and shower for the 2nd time in less than a month. It was Sunday, so I was not sure if anyone could assist. Mr. Drain sent over Grayson that evening. Grayson was exceptionally professional, kind and patient. He explained what was happening, showed me where the water was blocked, snaked the pipes and even used a camera so I could see inside! All of this for a great value. I would absolutely recommend Grayson at Mr. Drain; you will not be disappointed.
