I had a plugged toilet! I'm so glad I called here...starting with the nice woman who took my call and understood I needed help right away. She told me 'Jonathan' would be there in 15 mins!! And he was! He found the deodorant that had fallen in - compliments of my cat Penny who think it's funny to knock things off the vanity into the toilet - which I don't see at night and just flush. I did put lid down (this is the 2nd time!) but must have forgot one time. This was a My Bad but I was so happy and impressed with the quick response and professionalism I received from start to finish from Mr Drain! Highly recommend :-)

I called them on a Sunday (during a snow storm) and they were unpectedly very responsive. They really are open 24/7. I very much appreciate that they're upfront with their costs and there are no hidden fees (unlike other local plumbers). I'd say their pricing is also reasonable and competitive.

Jonathan arrived to my house in a very timely manner. He was professional and got the job done properly and very quickly.

We cannot rate Mr. Drain more highly. They are extremely efficient, kind, and quick. We received a call from the technician, John almost immediately after calling customer service. John and Mike explained the situation at hand and helped us understand the issue(s), and did a thorough job. Their pricing is very reasonable. Mr. Drain also offers a military discount which we appreciate.

A week later, we were experiencing another pipe issue we thought was related and Mike and John came back to investigate. Turns out it was unrelated but they still addressed it.

For new homeowners, facing issues you didn't foresee and can't resolve yourselves is frustrating and scary. When you're in a tough plumbing situation and you need immediate assistance, you can rely on Mr. Drain to resolve the issue professionally and quickly. If we ever face an issue with our plumbing again, we will hands down use Mr. Drain.

We were able to get same day service when our main drain was completely blocked with feces floating up the drain of our basement shower.

Aaron and Shane gave me a call when they were en route to find out exactly what was happening and let me know when they would arrive. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked the clog until it was fixed which took about 45 minutes of working the drain snake, checking our sewerage pump and numerous flushes of the basement toilet.

Not only were Aaron and Shane really nice guys, very professional but they were also incredibly neat. They came in with a large drop cloth for their equipment and a spray cleaner with paper towels to clean as they worked.

I cannot recommend this service enough.

Being a restaurant, we have used Mr. Drain for many years and have a maintenance agreement with them. When there's an emergency, and there are plenty, they come right out and take care of the problem. If there's no one in the office when the call is made, I receive a call back within minutes of leaving a message. We had a major emergency two days ago and within a few minutes I received a call from Ryan saying he was close by finishing up another job and would take care of us after that. True to his word, he did - and explained what the issue was and how he was going to handle it. They are an awesome company and really care about their clients. Couldn't be happier.

Terrible people to deal with. I had them come out for a sewer backup. Charged me $360.00. Went away for two months came back to the same problem. They put a 3inch stopper on a 4 in drain. When I called about the problem the company wanted to charge me the full rate all over again even though their guy put the wrong size stopper on the drain

The main drain to our house was clogged over Memorial day weekend. My sister recommended Mr Drain and they were great. They promptly came to our house to unclog our drain and help us diagnosed the root cause of the problem with their video equipment. The plumbers that came over were on time and very professional. The young man who came to my house from Mr Drain, Aaron, was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful. He wore his mask the whole time without needing to be asked. He was accurate in his time assessment, and looked for ways to save me a few bucks. He cleaned up after himself and even asked for cleaning spray to clean the tub.
