BEWARE we called and yes they said it would be $ 99.00 and maybe an extra cost if there is something that comes up. What they did not tell us was it cost us $99.00 for them to show up period due to us being in Pennsylvania! We had a drain clogged in our basement we needed it cleared out with a snake but before they would do that they informed me it would cost me $300.00 to do the work ontop of the $ 99.00, to do that with no guarantees mind you. ""But our guy is very good he can clear any just about any pipe""? Well that didn't go real well they said our pipe was collapsed and needed to be replaced going from the house to outside drain over 125 feet. They then proceeded to tell me how they can replace that without digging up my driveway. Well, if it weren't for all the rain and flooding going on I would not have had them do what they did do. But my husband said go ahead for this one. But, I am not stupid enough to hire them to come back and double stab me for more money after they did not tell the truth on the phone the first time. Hard sell when people really need them is shameful!!! I am just really sad for them they really should be ashamed of themselves for the way they take advantage of people day in and day out. In our case our basement was being flooded and more rain was coming and the drain was backing up into the basement over and over again and they knew we had to open that drain. they did get it open at ""25 feet"" temporarily. BUT FOR $400 DOLLARS GIVE ME A BREAK!! RIP OFF SHAME ON YOU!! YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US IN A BAD SITUATION!!
