So, here is my experience. They are really nice and i like them as people. But dealing with the aftermath of their work has been the most frustrating thing I've ever dealt with. We just moved into a new house and when they came to fix the septic they brought red mud or clay or something to back fill with. Tracked it all over the driveway and that's not even a big deal. But what is, is they left mounds of red mud in the yard and after a couple rains my backyard is covered in red clay/mud. It's been months. The issue here is we have 5 dogs. They are inside dogs however the backyard is fenced so we let them out to potty and play each day. When they come in they track the red mud inside. We mop about 5 times a day and our whole house is covered in red mud. Our bedrooms, livingroom, carpet, kitchen especially, our doors are even accumulating the red mud because the animals will paw to get into the rooms with us on occasion. Not to mention our fence was broken somehow which I will say they offered to fix but it was an old fence so I didn't really hold them too responsible. Anyway, I'm so frustrated 2 months later I had to vent. New rugs, pulled up carpet, and expensive mopping equipment had to be bought to compensate for this problem. (Recently found out I could cover the yard in hay and plant more grass) I would recommend telling them to please clean up mud or take it to a back area rather than in the center of the yard. Other than these problems I will say they offer good price and are pretty responsive. Trying to atleast leave some positivity at the end.

Im not sure how they have good reviews to be honest. They were very friendly and prompt but they checked for leaks under our house and found none so said leak had to be between house and meter. They offered different options which ranged from about $2000 down to something like $165 an hour to dig to try to find it. I said no thank you. I got a friend who isn't even a plumber to come out and within 5 minutes he found dampness around the foundation next to the outdoor faucet. We dug it up and found the leak. Called a plumber (not Dan's) and fixed the leak for $170. We saved a bunch by not going along with Dan's. As mentioned, they are friendly and prompt but deceptively pricey and don't seem to be top notch as they couldn't even find a leak that my friend found in 5 minutes.

So here we go. Everyone at Mr. Dans is very nice super friendly so I give two stars. They came out to fix my ac/heat pump unit and they worked on and it ran for a while, then 4 months later they came back out to work on it again and sold me a new thermostat that come to find out I didn't need, now here we are again about 3 months again and the unit is freezing up again. I call to speak to a manager twice and still haven't heard a word. Nobody this day and time stands by there work anymore or even bothers to call you back. I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know after this experience.

Absolutely every person that I spoke with at this company was amazing. Starting with Mandy and Taylor answering the phone and making me smile with their greeting. Mandy quickly got me scheduled for an emergency situation. I followed up at 6 p.m., which is when I spoke to Chris, who took the time to located my paperwork/information and confirmed my early morning appointment. Then a call from the actual tech David who let me know he was arriving. David then followed up with me at the end of the service call to let me know the problem we had was solved. Not only that he checked and repaired other small issues and didn't charge me. Finally my last call with Victor to close out the order. Again great service and advised me of the counties they cover. I told Victor, Ops Manager, that everyone I dealt with were amazing. Bravo Mr. Dan's Plumbing - I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

Best company I have ever used. Prompt, professional, honest, knowledgeable, Explains everything, now also plumbing as well as air conditioning, heating. Just had them put in a new kitchen sink. Plus cleaning out the ducts of all the vents in the house plus adapting an I Wave to reduce dust throughout the home. Will never use another company. All the technician's are highly trained , the best company around. Thanks to Ric, Brady, Jeremiah, Jordan, Lauren, Mandy, Wesley and Mr. Dan for their great work, their expertise, professionalism, information and their care. Great company !!!

Chris Crossley was polite and professional on my recent job, however the company has exorbitant pricing for simple jobs. I had purchased the needed faucet so the only thing he had to do was install it and there were no changes to the drain and the charge was $229. I did not allow him to do another small repair on a toilet which would have been $145 in addition to the $229. This is a lot of money for a brief repair. This job was at my mother's house in Anniston, AL
