my 5 mo. old Mr. Cool mini split is inoperative.....condenser unit fan does not run. This company has a big problem. No customer service/technical support at all! In the past 2 months I have sent 4 emails and left 3 messages on their customer support line. NO RESPONSE. Just wanted to know if a blown fuse is the issue. Since this is a ""DIY"" product, how about a little help?
I'm angry.....may ask Costco for a refund.
