Amazing! I walked out to a huge water leak in my garage at 7am. Called Mr B's about 7:30 and Norm was helpful, kind, and gave me a general idea of what he thought the issue was based on my description. He told me Ron was on his way out and Ron arrived by 8am. He was through, knowledgable and friendly. He knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a strong recommendation on how to fix it with the least disruption to my life (the other solution involved jackhammering my garage floor to fix and very old pipe). He and his crew were able to reroute my main line the very same day and did it for a great price. They were professional, friendly, and worked hard the entire day. I will absolutely use them again. I couldn't be more pleased!

Did a great job of removing badly deteriorated exterior pipe and faucet. Reconfigured the hook ups to make things sturdy and easy for me to hook up an irrigation system. Maynard was prompt, professional and personable. I will use this company again when I need plumbing service. As an aside, the gentleman that answered the phone when I called was very pleasant as well.

The owner Norm responded immediately and headed over to my house right away. I had to cancel because my toilet cleared up while he was on his way over but he was so sweet about it, wasn't upset at all, wouldn't let me pay him for his trouble, explained to me what happened and told me to just keep his number in case it happened again.

I recently contacted Mr. Rooter to address an issue with a recirculation pump for our hot water heater. Short story is that they told me the pump was perfectly fine and that they needed to replace a check valve. The following day after charging me $267 for the check valve they then told me that the recirc pump was in fact bad and it needed replaced at a fee of $800+.
I called Mr. B's plumbing and am so very happy that I did. Norm was on-time, pleasant, professional, and obviously knowledgable about his trade. He replaced the pump, educated me on the system and charged me 1/2 the price Mr. Rooter was quoting! He is obviously a man that has pride in his trade and has integrity. Do yourself a favor and call Mr. B's Plumbing! You won't get ripped off like you will with Mr. Rooter or any other franchise plumber!
