I just recently moved to Oro Valley, purchased a home and yesterday my kitchen sink started leaking. I am having people over for dinner tonight so this could have been a disaster. I called Mr B's, spoke to Norm and he was able to come over to my house within the hour. He looked under my sink and advised me that I should get a new faucet in addition to changing the lines as my faucet was older and rusty at the joints. He left the decision up to me, no hard sell, and I decided to go ahead and change everything. I went and purchased the faucet along with a water filtration system last night and Norm showed up this morning on time (actually 15 mins early!) to install it. In addition to installing my faucet and filtration system, once he found out I just purchased my home, he showed me where my main water shut off valve and gas shut off are in case of an emergency. Also when he left he told me if I ever needed any kind of maintenance and wasn't sure where to go I can give him a call and he could point me in the right direction. All this service and the charge was very reasonable! It is rare in today's world to get someone as knowledgeable, friendly and caring when you call a repair company! Norm is my go to guy in Tucson!!

Recently I had a food disposal installation service from Mr B's. It is a simple task. However, the service man forgot to remove the dishwasher knockout plug inside the food disposal. And then my tenants experienced days of stinky water inside the dishwasher because it cannot drain out its water through the disposal. I have to uninstall the disposal and basically re-do the whole installation again. I chose their service because of its good review on yelp and paid $145 for this service. However, I do not think this service is worth it.

Garbage disposal quit. Thought I needed a new one and had to get it fixed today or wait several weeks because I am going out of town. Called Mr. B. He was able to come out today, figured out the existing disposal was jammed but could be unjammed. While many would have just replaced the old one and hit me up for $500+, Mr. B was honest and saved me a bundle. Also showed me how to unjam this thing myself in the future and how to fix my soap dispenser. Very reasonable price, very prompt, helpful and professional. What more can you ask?

Please beware before using this company.
They are a huge rip off.
Turns out I needed to replace a $20 Moen part#1225 tub shower cartridge in my AZ rental property.
It took 10 minutes. On the phone they told me worst-case scenario would be $265 if it would have needed a Kohler part.
The technician handed me a bill for $269.
That does not add up to the $125 service call plus parts as quoted.
That's $124 mark up on the $20 part. I questioned the bill and they brought it down to $259.93. Wow!
Please consider other companies or get an exact quote in writing before you let them start the work.

Amazing! I walked out to a huge water leak in my garage at 7am. Called Mr B's about 7:30 and Norm was helpful, kind, and gave me a general idea of what he thought the issue was based on my description. He told me Ron was on his way out and Ron arrived by 8am. He was through, knowledgable and friendly. He knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a strong recommendation on how to fix it with the least disruption to my life (the other solution involved jackhammering my garage floor to fix and very old pipe). He and his crew were able to reroute my main line the very same day and did it for a great price. They were professional, friendly, and worked hard the entire day. I will absolutely use them again. I couldn't be more pleased!
