Hello, I’m Chris Ballard, a third-generation plumber and the owner of Mr. B's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. I learned the plumbing trade from my father, Tyre Ballard, and my grandfather, Otis Ballard, from a young age. My grandfather founded AAA Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, while my father owned Aaaid Plumbing before retiring. The Ballard family has been involved in plumbing since the early 1960s. My goal is to continue this legacy by providing the same excellent service and respect for our customers that I inherited from my father and grandfather.

My approach is to treat all customers as if they are family. I deliver transparent pricing and make sure our work is performed accurately on the first attempt. As a third-generation plumber, I hope to pass this tradition on to my son someday. I am fully licensed by the California State Contractors Board; Lic. # 1117071, and I am also bonded and insured.
