We have had the chance to work with Mr Bill's on multiple projects lately with the sale of our home and purchase of another. I cannot recommend them highly enough due to their professionalism and their willingness to talk through issues and explain options. They are fair on pricing as well. We have worked with multiple members of their team: Bill, John, Jake and Chris have all been fantastic. Michelle and Julie in the office are great too! You won't regret using them for any of your plumbing needs.

I was having a clog in my bathroom drain and Mr. Bill's Plumbing came out quickly and got my drain back up and running in no time! Jake was very friendly and professional! And Michelle was so sweet in the office! Would highly recommended them!

If I could give a -50 for this company I sure will. My house is less than 1 years and recently had a downstairs toilet plumbing issue that was leaking water. I was told by my house warranty service that a plumbing issue is covered under warranty for 2 years. Jake (really sweet guy) the plumber from this company came and looked at the toilet and it was assumed that it was a clog issue and Bill was supposed to come today to do a camera scope and clog clean out which isn't covered by my warranty (understood). The problem was this Michelle lady who answers the phone seemed to have an attitude problem the first and the last time we talked on the phone. It was a misunderstanding from what I was told by the warranty lady I spoke with and Andy they both told me two different things. So I call this Michelle lady to ask and clarify if the scope is just a diagnostic and I only pay when or if the problem is fixed (b/c at this point we still don't know if it's a clog or something else because nobody's done a diagnostic to prove, it's all just ASSUMED). She keeps cutting me off and would not let me speak and started getting agitated as I try to talk and explain what I was told by my warranty. She literally goes off asking me a question but won't answer my question or let me talk. Finally when I get a chance to talk she hangs up the phone on me. I call back multiple times and she never answered back. This is a weird company if you can get mad at a customer for asking a question for clarification before spending hundreds of dollars on a service. I would rather give my money to a much more deserving plumbing service than one who cannot simply do the job they signed up for (simply answer the phone and be polite to a customer who was about to help you get paid. Also, it takes them forever to get somebody to come and it's never in the appointment window they give. Each time something always comes up or the plumber is caught up with something and Michelle is never friendly either like I don't have to work and just sit here waiting for them to keep changing the time or come up with some excuse. RIDUCULOUS! Bye!!

We just finished a complete renovation of our master bathroom and our general contractor uses Mr. Bill's for all his plumbing work. I didn't know of this company before this, but I am so glad I do now. They had to come back three times due to other issues and each time they were completely competent, efficient, cleanly, and courteous. We will definitely be using Mr. Bill's Plumbing for all our plumbing needs from this point on.
