My experience with this company unfortunately was not what I expected. I was blamed for every single thing that went wrong (which some was but, in my opinion not all), even suggested I asked my husband questions, made me feel like I was back in the 1950s. The services I hired were a pot filler and gas line plumbing installs.
The pot filler I purchased, and he reviewed prior to did not fit, had to be altered and only has about a quarter of an inch before you hit the microwave. Once he put in place the faucet the dry wall was pushed in/damaged. He said he would so kindly give me a quote to repair, I was over it and asked him to please cancel and exit my home. I called the company afterwards to try and find some sort of resolution/middle ground but the phonecall was just a lot of back and forth. He did offer at the very end to have come out and move the filler (which will cause the dry wall to need repairs again) and finish installing the stove. In the meanwhile, I am left with no stove, damaged dry wall and an eyesore for a pot filler. Service tech was very nice but some attention to detail could be improved.

The story is much longer but to save the time and effort, I was extremely disappointed in my experience, and I do not recommend the company.

I waited in all afternoon for a 2-5pm appointment. They called to say that the plumber was running late but would be here early evening. At 6pm they called to say he wasn't coming and at that point canceled my job completely.

We needed our old dishwasher removed and our new one installed. Mr and Mrs Plumbing responded to my request almost immediately and had someone out within a day or two. Keith was very professional, did great work and in a timely fashion. He even hauled away all the boxing debris from the new dishwasher AND hauled away our old dishwasher! I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Called on a Sunday when I knew they were closed. Had a return call within 2 hours to schedule my appointment. Early the next week, Sebastian showed up on time, when they said they would, and addressed my issue honestly and efficiently. My problem required more intervention and Martin came the very same day to help take care of it. The price was fair and we were treated very well. These guys are my go-to plumbers from here on out, no question. Honest, efficient, fair and thorough. 100% recommend.

We had a gas leak at our house and when the plumber came out he told me there was no leak. He supposedly performed a pressure test on the house. He did not do a bubble test and made me extremely uncomfortable following me to the back hall of my house, creepily staring into my bedroom, while I got my card for payment. The gas company came back out to turn gas on, performing their own pressure test as a double check, and showing me that there was indeed a leak. They then did a courtesy bubble test and found THREE leaks. I got a refund for my payment, but that doesn't make up for the time I wasted with this company and the bad vibes I got from the plumber they sent. Needless to say I had a different company do the repairs.

This plumber is a joke and doesn't stand behind his work!! Came out to do a repair which failed within 2 days of work being competed and paid for. When contacted for them to come and look at it again.....
They lied that they had been given instruction not to do additional work while on site. Refused to come and take a look at their own work without charging additional fees 48hrs after being paid!!!! I refuse to pay them to again to perform the same service that was supposedly just done and called another plumber. Do not trust them with any jobs, use anyone but these guys!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Plumbers called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time to fix a clogged sink. Very helpful guys and really know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend and use again. My service was in Grove City called Monday evening for service and they arrived promptly Tuesday morning. Can't ask for anything better. Definite 5 stars.

Martin and his wife did an excellent job on the minor work done in my guest bathroom. I like their honesty and ability to let you know up front what is needed and not needed. They work for you not just for the money. We need more professional and honest people like this couple. Because Mr & Mrs Plumbing can do a variety of work I will be calling on them again because of their friendliness and honesty. I will be recommending them to my friends and family as well. Thanks a bunch!
