Great work and prices. I have used this company a couple times already, and recommended him to others. The biggest job was replacing a propane water heater. He had the lowest price, and did a great job. He was prepared with all the necessary tools, installed the new unit, cleaned up, and hauled away the old one.

Our master bathroom has been in pretty poor shape since we moved into our house. Around Thanksgiving we started looking to remodel. We lined up a person, they cancelled. We lined up a second, they had a baby and were too busy. We had people come by and then never send quotes. In stepped Jaime at Mr. Alligator Renovations. Jaime gave us a very reasonable quote and a time frame for starting. That time frame kept getting pushed back (due to another job he was working on) and correspondence was sporadic. We started to worry that this was just going to be another failed experience. But Jaime finally arrived and the work he did was stunning! Jaime allowed my wife to give her vision of the bathroom and he made it a reality. There was a misunderstanding that caused more work for Jaime and he did it with minimal complaints. He kept my wife, who was working from home, abreast of what he was doing and what he was noticing in our walls. He fixed additional items in our house while he was here and truly went above and beyond. After finishing, we noticed a leak, and he was here the next day fixing it. Jaime at Mr. Alligator Renovations does great work, goes above and beyond, is reasonably priced and will help your remodeling vision become a reality. He will be first on our list next time something else needs work.

My wife and I just purchased a townhome that needed a bit of work. We wanted the interior painted as well as fixing some floor and stair issues that we discovered when we pulled up the carpet. I scheduled an estimate with Jaime online, and he was there right on time. He ended up having the best quote out of all of the other vendors I got quotes from and he was able to schedule the work for the following week. On the day that the work was set to start, he and his crew were at my home early and ready to go. Jaime had estimated that the job would take three days, and he was right on target. They did a wonderful job with the repairs and the paint and the house looks completely different now. I'll be using Mr. Alligator Renovations in the future for all of the projects that my wife and I cannot handle on our own. They did an incredibly nice job, were very friendly, and maintained professionalism the entire time they were working on my house.

Excellent handyman! I finally found a handyman that is reliable and does a great job. He doesn't cut corner. He does exactly the way we vision it. Jaime did a great job remodeling our master bedroom, from removing the popcorn ceiling to replacing our double sink vanity. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted to look.

Once again Jaime saves the day! He came out to fix what another contractor messed up. I HIGHLY recommend him. He is so thorough and makes sure everything is done perfectly. He's busy because he has repeat customers, so if you have work that needs to get done (get on his schedule). If he's busy believe me it's because other homeowners wants his service. Once you use him, you too will be a repeat customer!

I posted a review 6 MONTHS ago stating their buis must be doing great as they did not have the courtesy to respond. Today 6 MONTHS later their is a long rude comment stating 'they did not do work for me'. Yes....evidently, that was the point of the review? So clearly they do not pay attention to detail and probably make mistakes. They also continued the LONG response stating how they're busy for months and there was no need for a negative review. Piece of advice...next time you should respond with 'we were extremely busy, and must have forgot or missed your request for work and apologize, feel free to contact us again' instead of a rude, long and clearly incorrect response to my 3 simple lines. If you are considering hiring these people, reading their response to reviews will give you insight into how they will treat you when and if you have an issue with them!!
