We scheduled an appointment with them to fix a leaky pipe from our kitchen into our garage and they realized they didn't have the proper equipment when they arrived. We rescheduled to a later time for them to come back. However, they were unable to make it back on the same day and rescheduled again to 12-1pm the next day. After reaching out several times to confirm the 12-1, they notified us that they won't make it until 1-2pm. Now it's past 2pm, their phone line is off, and there's no way to reach them. We have a 1 year old at home and have changed our holiday schedule in order to get this done. We have also been trying to adjust her nap schedule so that the work isn't done while she's napping so it doesn't wake her up. When you schedule a certain time with a client, it's important to us that you follow through with it, or at least give us a heads up if it's not happening. We wasted a lot of time waiting around.

Our kitchen sink had been leaking for some time. There was an issue with the pipes on the outside and Roberto and Chris were excellent and patient with the repair that only took a few hours!! Our home is 116 years old so the pipes were eroded. They came in and got the job done and guaranteed the work for a year. Very friendly, affordable and efficient!

Billy Caceres was prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and just overall awesome. I can't recommend him enough.
Our hot water went out after a power outage. The water heater showed an error indicating the gas control valve needed replacement. Another plumber came yesterday and told me the valve needs replacement, the part costs $300, and then after getting the part which would take three days, he could fix it for about $400 for labor. Today, Billy came here and instantly saw that the pilot light had gone out. He showed me how to relight the pilot light. Re-lighting the pilot light made the error message about the gas control valve go away. Within minutes the hot water was back on. He didn't charge me a dime. So I took the opportunity to show him other plumbing problems in my house. He gave me really good feedback. When it's time to fix something else that's wrong with the plumbing in the house, I will definitely call Billy.

Needed help clearing our water line for a new washing machine install. Admittedly, once it was clear it was beyond Best Buys delivery expertise it was also early afternoon, i called three local companies looking for same day help but none were available for another 24 -36 hours. Last call was Infinity Plumbing. Bev was a calm voice and promised to respond within 20 minutes and I had a good feeling so I waited to hear from them. On time I was offered a service between 3 and 4pm same day. They are a welcome addition to Contra Costa County. Jaime Reyes showed up ahead of the promised time. He is experienced, knowledgeable and patient. Customer service in the extreme!!! Hoping Jaime is going to be our go-to guy now. We also got a follow up call from ""Jas"" asking if we were happy and if Jaime met our needs. Gotta love good people running a solid business. You will NOT be disappointed!
