Jess and Courtland came out to install 3 light fixtures we had left after a full reno of our house built in 1975. After working through issues getting them up and running, we realized the circuit was tripping the breaker when switched off/on. They came back within a few hours to troubleshoot and fixed the issue at no charge. Then we realized the light switch was affecting lights in a completely different area of the house. They came back out again to troubleshoot and fixed that issue again at no charge, all while being polite and understanding of the help we needed. Would recommend for anyone needing these services and will use again in the future.

We have been trying for a month and a half to get them out to service our Generac generator that they installed, but every time we have an appointment with them they either cancel or not show. They were supposed to come out today and because of all the past problems I called to confirm the appointment, and once again she said they had no appointment scheduled with us. I had taken this day off to be here for them. She has no explanation for why this keeps happening. This time I told her we would find a new generator servicing company, as doing business with MPE Services is very difficult and unpleasant
