I recently moved back to the North Pole from Anchorage to retire. I reached out to MPC Plumbing & Heating for radiant heat installation. I let them know that the basement was full and we might have to move some items.

The owner, Jeff Masters, who did the bidding, said it would not be an issue. However, the young man he sent out only complained. He made derogatory remarks about everything, including the boss and the job.

The final straw was when he took my son's clean uniforms from the dryer without asking. He threw them on the floor and stomped all over them. With my son being deployed this Sunday (8/25/19), I informed Jeff Masters that this worker was not welcome here anymore.

The worker quit without any hint of an apology. I feel fortunate that he is no longer part of the team, given his lack of attention to detail. I cannot recommend MPC Plumbing & Heating, even if they guaranteed top-notch service. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I reached out to MPC Plumbing & Heating during the morning hours and arranged for two units fitted by noon. Our experience has been very pleased which is why we will be call back for another appliance setup and a different piping project. The professionals are skilled, efficient, prompt, and courteous!!
