Manny Polanco is the best! First, he repaired a complicated power toilet that my super and another plumber had given up on. Then, he returned a few weeks later to install tract lighting (five lamp) to illuminate a collection of paintings that covered a whole wall of my living room. The lighting has changed the dark room completely and brought my dimmed paintings to life. He also repaired and painted some walls damaged by my power wheelchair. All jobs were done very well, very professionally. And he shows up on time!

I used Manny and his father to do several jobs in my new apartment and they were great! They were on time, were flexible and made sure to get the job done in the amount of time allotted. They also made sure to get things done right. Also they were very easy to get a hold of and charged a very fair amount for all the work done. They refinished the wood floor, painted the kitchen cabinets, replaced the hardware on the cabinets, replaced the toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity lights and vanity cabinet with a sink in the bathroom. They also reglazed the tub. They were a pleasure to work with! They even came back to install the sink and faucet in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend them. The floors were shining and they cleaned up after as well. I do appreciate all their hard work!

Reliable. They arrived at the agreed hour daily, they finished at a reasonable hour. They always did a thorough clean up of our kitchen. Prior to starting our job they came up with several helpful ideas. Of course, they listened to all of our ideas as well. The job was completed within a fair amount of time considering the size and complexity of our project. I feel they can handle any task.
