MP Plumbing Company will be my first call from now on.

I found a significant leak coming from my faucet in the bathtub- after hours, of course. I called about 5 companies and left messages. One company couldn't get to me for 6 weeks and suggested I call MP.

1) They ANSWERED the phone! And the customer service was excellent!
2) They had a guy (Seth) out to my house within an hour. I know this can't always happen in this industry so I was Very appreciative.
3) Seth was amazing! He was polite, listened, kept me informed of this issue and repair plan.

My overall experience was kind, quick, clean, efficient, and fairly priced.

Where to start? I would like to say Thank you so much for the staff at MP Plumbing for the level of customer service that we received last night as well as today (on a Sunday) to help fix a large plumbing issue. Everything from the wonderful person that answered the phone last night after 9pm to Seth who called last night to make sure we were ok to wait until the morning. We had been able to stop the water leak last night so that the staff at MP Plumbing could arrive in the morning to figure out what was going on. We received a call first thing in the morning from Race. He called to let us know that he was on his way. After arriving he exemplified amazing customer service. He made us feel like we were his most important customers. After a brief inspection of the situation he quickly determined where the problem was and in a matter of no time Race had fixed the problem that we had had and he was on his way. This was the first time that I have ever had an emergency like this. I can say without question the MP Plumbing will be our plumbing contractor moving forward. In todays day and age it is hard to find companies like MP Plumbing. Thank you to everyone that helped us during this process. We look forward to being able to recommend you in the future. I called to have the kitchen drain cleared after I used the garbage disposal and had water spewing up. I was told it would be approximately 3 days before they could come but I received a call and Steve was here within 30 minutes. The job took 1 1/2 hours but all is well now.

I called July 27, 2020 to have an estimate for completing a new bathroom. On Sept 3 after 13 emails, a site visit, and several phone calls, I was told they would definitely get a quote within 3 business days. After 4 days, I called and told it will likely be another week before they could provide a quote! They are missing several people this week and uncertain when they could get me a quote. This what I have been told since July! Another plumbing firm came out and provided a quote in 30 minutes.

I should add, we have used MP Plumbing several times for my self and family members. We have always received fantastic response times and service. Now who knows what their problem is?

I had someone come out to do some odd job plumbing problems, new faucet, new hose bib handle, pipes make a noise when the outside hose is turned on, etc. plumber picked and choosed what he wanted to do, never did hear why the pipes make noise. I showed him my bathroom faucet and how the drain doesn't drain very well, passed over that one. He did the easy ones, charged a lot and left. Did the bare minimum, didn't really care. Not sure if it was the company or that individual.

I called last Friday to book an appointment and was told i was scheduled for Tuesday ""afternoon"" and that the technician would call me when they were on their way. Around 330pm I called to check status and found out the person I'd talked to never set it up :(..... The staff quickly found someone, sent them the photos i'd provided and he was here in 30min! On top of that he (Jordon) was Super Sweet, Courteous, Careful and Quick!

Last week, I had a huge puddle in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. Oddly enough, this was the first time I've needed a plumber in 14 years (knock on wood), and when I went looking for someone, I was shocked at what plumbing costs, and at how long the wait can be for someone to come out. Wowza!

MP Plumbing's rates seem about the same as the other companies I called. The wait at the first places I called was weeks (or longer) but one of them recommended MP Plumbing. Even with MP, the wait was a week.

Joe from MP came out today, and I explained the ""symptoms"" of what was going on (water coming out of bottom of garbage disposal, but not the sides or the top or around the sink). He got to work super quickly to replace the garbage disposal. While he was under the sink, he noticed something that the people who had the house before me hadn't done to code (anchoring the drain hose from the dishwasher to the underside of the sink by the faucets to keep water from a stopped up sink from draining into the dishwasher), and fixed it.

The visit was $140 for the one hour, $60 for the time it took to drive from Clackamas to my place (argh, but I guess that time costs them, too), and the materials. After Joe stopped the clock, he took the time to answer a couple questions about other plumbing problems I am saving for another time (mine was his last call of the day).

Five stars because Joe was very courteous, obviously really knew what he was doing, and worked quickly. I feel confident that the problem has been solved. And if there are any issues, the work is guaranteed for a year.

Ryan was patient and dedicated in finding and then repairing a very tricky leak that we had in between floors--imagine that! He did excellent troubleshooting and problem solving. He was well equipped and found creative ways to get his tools into very tight and awkward spaces. He's our hero!
