I called MP Plumbing late on a Sunday afternoon to address an urgent issue. They were able to come right out and fix the problem. Highly qualified, professional, and reasonably priced, especially considering that it was over the weekend. I'd call them back again without question.

They're too high. The man they sent out charged $1000 to put clamps on the clamps on the pipe that were put on to replace the existing ones

I have called upon MB plumbing for many years since they did the plumbing for our basement remodel. I had a shower fixture that had steadily been growing hard to use; the diverter left a spray coming from the faucet and the lever was becoming stiff and hard to turn. I described the issue over the phone and Mike talked to me quite a bit to identify the maker for this fixture since there were no identifiers. It had been replaced prior to our buying the home in 2006. He offered some options and he called some suppliers to try to identify a replacement. The appointment was set for the next workday- a Monday- Gene arrived promptly with replacement in hand. There was a glitch with the faucet diverter and he made a quick trip to a nearby supplier and returned with the piece needed. The fixture was in perfect working order in a very short time. MB has been in business for many years, and they are my go-to plumbing source.

Nick Charriere from MP Plumbing recently did the plumbing on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is so knowledgeable, professional, works well with other sub-contractors and knows the scope of all work needing to be completed. He communicated exceptionally well and went above and beyond. This is the best experience I have had with a plumbing company and we have encountered a few. I will only be using MP Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

This review is due to terrible scheduling practices only, we did NOT talk to an actual tech or receive services. Those folks might be awesome, for all we know.

We called at 4:30 on a Saturday, so I was surprised and pleased when someone answered! I explained about our water heater leak and the woman couldn't offer an opinion about its level of seriousness, which I totally understand.

She said she would put an emergency page out to the techs, asking them to call us. (GREAT!). Then she explained the after hours rates (at least $380 for a visit) which was fine. Then she collected my address and phone info. Fine.

But then she said I needed to agree to pay the $380...so I tried to clarify ""you mean we talk to the tech on the phone and agree to pay the rate IF they can fit us in and show up, correct?""

No...she was very clear that they could very well just show up, without calling first, and we would have to pay the full rate. She'd tell them we'd like a call first but was totally up to the tech whether they'd call and whether they'd come. Or if they were too busy, they wouldn't ever call and they wouldn't come. Scheduling and calling is up to the tech.

We went back and forth a few times because I couldn't believe the company would really leave us in a lurch of total un-knowingness, committed to pay IF they showed up but with no idea whether they would call or show! It just can't work like that - a client needs to know if a company can fit us in and if they can't, we need to be free to call someone else. She was 100% clear that we would be locked in to using and paying them but would have no idea whether they would come.

I gave up in disbelief. We called Stan the Water Heater Man, who acted like one would expect: the dispatcher messaged the tech. The tech called us. Tech was too busy to come today but we made an appointment for Tuesday. Tech also reassured us that our water heater wasn't going to explode in the meantime and gave us tips for containing the leak. Which is how these things are supposed to work!

MP Plumbing Company will be my first call from now on.

I found a significant leak coming from my faucet in the bathtub- after hours, of course. I called about 5 companies and left messages. One company couldn't get to me for 6 weeks and suggested I call MP.

1) They ANSWERED the phone! And the customer service was excellent!
2) They had a guy (Seth) out to my house within an hour. I know this can't always happen in this industry so I was Very appreciative.
3) Seth was amazing! He was polite, listened, kept me informed of this issue and repair plan.

My overall experience was kind, quick, clean, efficient, and fairly priced.

Where to start? I would like to say Thank you so much for the staff at MP Plumbing for the level of customer service that we received last night as well as today (on a Sunday) to help fix a large plumbing issue. Everything from the wonderful person that answered the phone last night after 9pm to Seth who called last night to make sure we were ok to wait until the morning. We had been able to stop the water leak last night so that the staff at MP Plumbing could arrive in the morning to figure out what was going on. We received a call first thing in the morning from Race. He called to let us know that he was on his way. After arriving he exemplified amazing customer service. He made us feel like we were his most important customers. After a brief inspection of the situation he quickly determined where the problem was and in a matter of no time Race had fixed the problem that we had had and he was on his way. This was the first time that I have ever had an emergency like this. I can say without question the MP Plumbing will be our plumbing contractor moving forward. In todays day and age it is hard to find companies like MP Plumbing. Thank you to everyone that helped us during this process. We look forward to being able to recommend you in the future. I called to have the kitchen drain cleared after I used the garbage disposal and had water spewing up. I was told it would be approximately 3 days before they could come but I received a call and Steve was here within 30 minutes. The job took 1 1/2 hours but all is well now.

I called July 27, 2020 to have an estimate for completing a new bathroom. On Sept 3 after 13 emails, a site visit, and several phone calls, I was told they would definitely get a quote within 3 business days. After 4 days, I called and told it will likely be another week before they could provide a quote! They are missing several people this week and uncertain when they could get me a quote. This what I have been told since July! Another plumbing firm came out and provided a quote in 30 minutes.

I should add, we have used MP Plumbing several times for my self and family members. We have always received fantastic response times and service. Now who knows what their problem is?

I had someone come out to do some odd job plumbing problems, new faucet, new hose bib handle, pipes make a noise when the outside hose is turned on, etc. plumber picked and choosed what he wanted to do, never did hear why the pipes make noise. I showed him my bathroom faucet and how the drain doesn't drain very well, passed over that one. He did the easy ones, charged a lot and left. Did the bare minimum, didn't really care. Not sure if it was the company or that individual.
