Worst customer service experience from ""supervisor"" as well as plumber. I have used this company in the past without issue, but this time was so bad I will never use them again. It took 3 weeks to get a part for the sink for our place of business. I had to call twice to request updates on our part and when our sink would be fixed. Finally, I was transferred to a supervisor who said she would ""take responsibility"" but never apologized. They sent a service man over to finally fix, and he was rude and said ""none of this is my fault"". I'm glad their business is so busy they can afford give poor customer service and be unprofessional. I will find someone who values customer service, stands by their work and exhibits good communication and client skills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have had a problem with ants in one area of my kitchen for a long time. A technician named Crystal came out today and was incredibly thorough with her inspection, including crawling into my basement crawl space! She took her time inside and out and showed me exactly where and how the ants were coming in. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to actually enjoy her work! Already it's much better and I'm confident this is going to be resolved thanks to her persistence.

I have asked Moyer to Take Care of my Lawn and Trees for the last 2 years and I have been more than impressed. They call before the come and always leave me notes about what has been done. My lawn Has never looked better, I have used another company before and they never seem to have good results. I would recommend their Lawn Service to anyone looking

I must say after taking my dog to the vet today I'm not sure I would use their services again. I signed up for treatment of getting rid of Spotted Lantern Flys which I had heard of from a friend on Facebook. Didn't know much about them, but never less didn't want to see my trees die that had them. I called Moyer About service and they quoted me for 3 treatments.
1. To kill them
2. To put some oil or something to kill possible larva
3. To spray I thought in the Spring they said for I don't remember.
I have a fenced in yard that my dogs have access to while we are home (3 dogs - 6 foot vinyl fence with closed gates on both sides.
Out of the 3 times they came...1st time I spoke to spoke one on the phone and they came over without ringing the doorbell or knocking and left a bill. Didn't even know they had come. 2nd time a auto message on the Voicemail on my cell. Gentleman came to door and left his bill. 3rd time no message, but did have a missed call that turns out to be them. Knew they were when the dogs were going nuts because they saw the truck out the front window. No one came to the door. I ran and closed the back door before the dogs ran out, because he was already spraying because he let himself in like the first visit. I was on the way out so I told the kids to make sure the gate was closed behind him since he just left a bill again. I believe that was on Thursday...by Saturday night dog was acting weird. In the middle of the night he was twitching and drooling everywhere. He was acting weird on Sunday so Monday I left early from work to take him to the vet. Doctor says his mouth had ulcers all over and said he believed they were caused by chemicals.
I then remembered the tree service spraying on Thursday...he said that may have caused it please find out what chemical they sprayed. So I called and they said it was just a fertilizer. So I looked up what they said they sprayed and this is what it says.
Nitro Potassium Fertilizer - Fertilizer and Stomach Troubles
According to Veterinary Medicine's DVM 360 online magazine, many commercial fertilizers not specifically manufactured with the health needs of pets in mind contain mixtures of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in concentrations potent enough to cause gastrointestinal irritation in a canine. While it's unlikely an ingestion of these elements will cause death, they were never intended to be in your dog's digestive system. They will most likely cause him a moderate to severe stomachache and bring on vomiting and diarrhea. DVM 360 states that a dog ingesting larger amounts of phosphorus and potassium commonly reacts by being lethargic.
Safe or Not?
Since pet owners want both worlds -- a lush lawn and a protected dog, several manufacturers of lawn care products now produce fertilizers that are considered organic or ""more safe"" for lawns frequented by animal companions. Even when marketed as ""safe,"" some of these lawn applications may still contain elements that could be harmful to a canine. Thoroughly check the labels to determine the safety of a product. It can take a bit of searching to find a truly pet-safe lawn fertilizer, according to Gardening Central. Some fertilizers are clearly marked as ""not safe"" while others have no declaration either way.
Keep Off The Grass
In the case of your canine companion at your home, this should be more than just a posted sign. It should be your mantra whenever you apply products to the lawn. This doesn't have to be a lengthy ban. The Dog Owner's Guide suggests keeping pets off treated grass for 24 hours, as nitrogen can burn the pads of a dog's foot. The guide also recommends keeping pets indoors during application to prevent an airborne inhalation or skin contact.

Needless to say...I'm not saying for sure that is what happened, but 2 out 3 times they didn't even let you know that they were even there even though someone was there every time. Hopefully if anything they let you know they are on your property so your pets don't ingest any chemicals and so your dogs don't attack them in their back yard or run away.

This is a terrible company. Avoid at all costs. They do not provide the services they promise and yet still bill you for it. Difficult to talk to anyone with any authority to get issues resolved and they eventually go dark on you without any further communication.

We signed up for a service contract with Moyer Indoor/outdoor. We were told they would bill us monthly for the service contract, which is the only reason we signed up for it, because we didn't have to pay all of it up front. We received a bill in the mail for the whole amount and my husband called them several times and gave them the name of the girl who sold us the service contract and told them we were supposed to be billed monthly. They said that's is not how our plan was set up and we have to pay it all in full or it will be sent to collections! This is the last time I will ever use them!! Moyer does not stand by their word at all! They just want to make a sale!

Great company. Did a great job on my lawn in the summer of 2016, my lawn was so dead with crab grass, and their treatment really brought my lawn back looking nice in just one treatment. Staff was very sweet when they came out. I just renewed my contract for 2017!

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Came out to assess our situation concerning removing insects. Ended up telling me how terrible things were. Very insulting. Do not use their service.

BEWARE!!! Never use this company! They came out to ""fix"" a heater and ended up causing more damage to it. We paid over $500 and they had to come back out again to fix their original mistake and ended charging us another $125.l for the second call! When we called to say we shouldn't be paying the $125 Terry called us back and left a snotty message saying we owed the money and they would not take fault. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!
