High Recommend Moxley Plumbing. They have been wonderful. I had a mysterious leak under the sink in our bathroom. The first time they came out, they thought it was fixed by tightening some things but it didn't they came out again tried again, that didn't do the trick either, for the third time they came and changed few things and fixed it I believe. They only charged one payment, John Moxley has been amazing very responsive. Never got annoyed of my calls and always pleasant and on time to their work. Do NOT call anyone else use them. Very reliable, understanding and want to do the right thing.

In fall of 2023, I was looking for a plumber because the waterline to an outside spigot had burst or the spigot had cracked (I wasn't sure at the time) and water was leaking into our basement. I found Moxley plumbing after doing a quick Google search I had previously had another plumbing company come out and give me a quote, but that quote was a lot more then what I had expected.

A gentleman from Moxley plumbing came out and gave me a quote that was more in line with what I had researched. The plumber was prepared to do the work same day so we went ahead and approved the quote and the plumber got started on the work. Turns out our spigot had cracked from old age and because one of us had turned on the water after a freeze (this is a no no). It was fixed quickly! The plumber was professional and courteous.

Fast forward to the following spring, we had begun planting for the season and were unable to turn on the water. I reached out to Moxley plumbing once again and they had a rep come out and let us know exactly what they did when they turned off the water.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the plumbers at Moxley plumbing, and we plan on using them again in the future.

A top to a canister was accidently dropped and flushed down a toilet. This resulted in not being able to flush or use the toilet. We called Moxley, having used them before, and they were expediate to get to our home. They were fast and efficient.

Extremely pleased by their professionalism and rapid response. They are the only plumbers we will use.
