We recently purchased and installed a new furnace and AC system from Mowery. The installers, (Ryan, Scott, and Cody) worked 12 hours to insure we had heat that night. The next day, Kirk, the technician came out to address some temperature issues. Kirk did a phenomenal job of assessing the situation and quickly fixing our problem. His expertise was so appreciated.

We have had a service contract with Mowery over the years and have found their technicians to be very friendly, capable, and knowledgeable. In particular, Kyle and Donny have been very helpful in maintaining our systems. The office is prompt about dispatching their people as quickly as possible too. We appreciate Mowery and the care they give their customers.

I had a basement flooded and CRAIG did a great job snaking the line to the sewer and even helped shop vac. Pouring the water in the clean out helped convince me that he had cleared the blockage. I was so impressed by his positive attitude that I signed up for the HVAC service deal !

Came out for quote of a VERY simple installation of kitchen faucet, of which I already have parts. Only reason I could not install myself is because I do not have correct tools. Unbelievable the quote they gave me. Almost double any other plumber I had come out. They took one look at my neighbohood and house and upcharged me. Will never consider them for a plumbing job in future

We have had a service contract with Mowery since Dec 2013 and have been very pleased with every tech that has come out. Today Logan was here to service our sump pump and water heaters. He also checked a gas line. Very professional and thorough.

Kirk came to service the HVAC system today - same thing - professional and thorough. He went above and beyond fixing something that needed it for no additional charge. I did not have furnace filters and even though he had some on the truck, I was able to run to Lowe's to pick up the correct ones to use today which saved $$. I love knowing that if we have an issue, it just takes one call to get a service tech out quickly. Highly recommend!

We had our annual cleaning and checkup on our AC and Heating done together this past Tuesday. Kevin L went through the unit and made sure all was clean and in working order, including the exterior unit.
He encouraged the maintenance schedule I had with monthly filter changes and cleaning off the AC coils once the cottonwoods start dropping.
We are all set for both summer and winter 2024.

Bailey & Toby were here for my annual air conditioner check/maintenance & I was very happy with the through, above & beyond service. I very much appreciate attention to detail. They not only made sure my unit was working properly, they removed ""seasonal"" debris & cleaned the unit too!
