Gave a deposit for a new water heater and installation and they disappeared.
No store front address, number has been changed, emails have been unanswered. Out almost a thousand dollars since February of 2014.

Mike really helped me out during a major issue. He explained everything thoroughly, let me know what the options were, and then did great and quick work in repairing the problem. I will definitely call him again.

I forgot to say he drove from about 30 miles away and still gave me the best price of anyone I found.

I called 4 plumbers in one day. 3 got back to me. another plumber I called was coming by in 2 hours, then 4 hours later nothing. Mike at Mouse Plumbing called me back twice and showed up. He did the job well and was professional. This was my first time doing business with him and I'm satisfied. I have a 6 unit place, and I like my tenants to be happy and not have to deal with a clog all day long. I guess the other plumbers were just too busy for me.
