I set up a time _two_weeks_ in advance for a very straightforward job replacing a few faucets. The guys showed up 4 hours late and it apparently never occurred to them to call and announce any sort of delay. Let's just say they didn't see the inside of our house...

Had a pipe burst and 2 other pipe leaking, badly. They came out while it was snowing heavily. They we're done in about 3 hours. There work was fast and thorough. I will definitely use them again. When you find a good plumber, you don't forget there number. Now if I could only find a good electrician, my life would be complete.

We had a boiler leak (the glass gauge) at the worst time -- discovered on a Saturday morning during extremely cold weather. Mouradian got right back to us and sent a guy over who quickly replaced the gauge assembly, fixing the problem within a few hours of our noticing it. And it was a very busy time for them too, with lots of frozen-pipe problems to attend to. We will doubtless call them for future plumbing issues.

Mouradian Plumbing did a fantastic job installing our new tankless water heater. We recently became homeowners, and bought the place knowing that the water tank had maybe a year of life left in it.

Well, it's been about two months, and a DIY flushing of the tank didn't help with the water discoloration. And so, we reached out to see about getting work done on the tank, or replacing it. Eric (the owner), responded within an hour of my inquiry and offered to drop in the next day to have a look at the tank.

After having a look at the set up, he provided some recommendations for both a replacement water tank as well as a tankless water heater (which we were considering). Eric took the time to look at where either option could best be placed, and how the venting would work if we went tankless. He also noted the need for wider gas piping, which would mean possibly needing our meter switched out (noting that this didn't need to happen prior to the switch, that we would just need to let Eversource know about it and they would address it). He took the time to understand our situation to give the best recommendation (particularly, asking how long we were planning on being in our current home to determine whether the switch to tankless would be worthwhile for us).

We decided to go with the tankless water heater, and Eric was able to get a 3 person team out within about 4 business days of the original assessment to do the installation. His time estimates were spot on, projecting that the project would take one day, they'd arrive around 8am, and hot water would be off until about 4pm. Everything was really well done, and my husband (who was home during the work) said the team was very professional. By the time I got home at 5pm, the only indication that work had been done was the new water heater and the newly installed venting.

Goodbye discolored water, hello new water heater!

Would absolutely recommend Mouradian Plumbing, and fully intend on keeping their contact info on file for water heater maintenance and any plumbing needs that may arise in the future.

Called Sunday for water heater replacement and it was installed next day morning and the whole process was swift and job was done professionally.

Eric is fantastic. He replied to my voice message immediately, and was able to schedule a visit to my house within an hour! Water was pooling around my water heater, and I was leaving for a trip in two days, so it was really important to have the situation resolved quickly. I have to agree with the other reveiwers. Eric Mouradian and his crew are OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend his services. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Eric returned my calls and emails. He also spent a lot of time answering questions about the project and he provided me with quotes for doing it in two different ways which was very helpful. His estimates/quotes were also reasonable compared to others. I could not be happier with his work. I would absolutely use him again!
