I called Mountainside about a waterline that was hooked up wrong (hot where it should have been cold). They came out, assessed the problem and fixed it pronto. The plumbers were nice and very polite, as was the owner of the business. The charge was reasonable, and I'll be doing business with them again.

I had a leak in a shower and asked City Plumbing Supply for a recommendation. I was given 3 names. Mountainside responded to my Sat call and set up an appt for Monday. They came when they said they would, fixed the problem and charged a typical rate. They also agreed to change an icemaker tubing while they were here to save a separate service call. They were pleasant and professional and their fees were typical.

I have used this company a couple of times for my plumbing needs and emergencies. They have been responsive to my need for expedited service; their prices are very fair, and the work they performed was exceptional. ( Mountainside plumbers saved me a lot of money by working within tight areas instead of ripping out my tile wall.) I would recommend them highly based on my past experiences.

I called while they were in the middle of heavy work and long hours due to the freezing weather. They came out to my house even though it was midnight by the time they got to my name in their work list and did a great job of assessing the issue. Two issues were found, the first they fixed on the spot which led to the discovery of the second. They had someone out the next morning to fix my well's pump switch. Despite it ending up being two calls and one of them being very late at night their prices were more than reasonable. I will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future, for sure.
