As maintenance technician at the Burlington Town Center Mall, I've received excellent service from these guys many times. They replaced the Dry System in the parking garage years ago and did a great job. When you call, they are quick to come no matter the issue. The staff is friendly, professional, and willing to answer ANY questions you have. They take the time to make sure you understand your sprinkler system. Any time we have sprinkler work, I don't hesitate calling Mountain Valley.
Wes M.If there was a zero stars this company would get it. They were contracted to so a simple swap out of sprinkler heads in my condo building. They neglected to bleed the lines of pressure before taking the head off which resulted in my bathroom being covered in the sludge from the pipe. Then to add insult to injury they used some rags and my towels in a half hearted attempt to wipe up the mess. Then the workers did not take their trash with them. This was over 4 months ago. They did over 440.00 dollars worth of damage to my condo and now are refusing to pay for it. I'm afraid it will end up in court.
Do your self a favor steer clear of this outfit.
