hired them for shower valve replacement in both bathrooms and to snake the drain of one tub. charged me $100 over quoted price and didn't snake the drain because they didn't have a drain on them so they had to come back the following week. a couple of weeks later, the shower valves in the one bathroom still weren't working probably, one of the new handles stripped off, so we called them back to fix the job we paid for. charged us another $125 for a job we already paid for for ""labor"". I will not use again

Water started dripping from the attic into a room early Friday. Valley Air came in the afternoon and reported it was not the AC but a burst hot water line. They turned the hot water off to stop the leak. Mountain Valley came next day and replaced the old pex line with an aqua pex. They were very efficient and got the job done in 1.5 hours.

Matt and his team have done work for me and at the renovation at my moms house. He is super knowledgeable and responsive. Had him scheduled to come out today for a non emergency project and with the overnight freeze we had a pipe burst. He was able to repair the pipe and do the walk through for the side project in less than 45 minutes. We are back up and running! Thank you Matt

All I can say ,is that they are the first one to respond to my project inquiry and the ones that seemed to have given me the best quote out of 4 that responded. I will definitely keep these guys in mind for more future needs. Also, like the fact that they are prompt ! Not always going to happen, since they wil sure get a lot of referrals !
