I had an emergency at my place of business right before a major holiday and I tried around the area for different plumbers. The owner, Mike, was the only one to answer right away and not insanely price gouge due to the holiday. He was able to have someone come out right away and the price was considerably fair for an emergency, right before a major holiday. The gentleman who came out was also very nice and professional. This company is the biggest rip off. Stay far away from Mountain Plumbing. The owner messed up my rough plumbing in a bathroom, now he is trying to charge me for his mess up. He roughed in 3 items, toilet, vanity and shower all of them were done incorrectly. Now he expects me to pay him to fix is mess up. I already paid thousands to have him rough in the plumbing incorrectly. I would wait as long as you have to get an appointment with someone else.

This company is unprofessional and unreliable. Had scheduled an appointment for backflow inspection over two weeks ago and had someone be available for them this morning and they just called and said sorry can't make it. I live 300 miles away from the property and had scheduled friends to be available to open the property for him this morning. Now I'm back to square one I have a limited time to get this done to comply with city requirements.

We were recommended by a lady working In Mammoth Sierra Reservations, her husband, to help with some plumbing installments in our condo. Mountain Plumbing completely ripped us off in their pricing and the work was very shoddy. i would highly recommend not using their services.

Im so disappointed in this place, I am in escrow on a commercial property and wanted to make sure the plumbing was not in bad shape, so made appt for a camera inspection on all the pipes. I am in the LA area and 4 hrs from Mammoth, I told them the local realtor would meet them at the property. She told me they would need a crefit card on file and business info, which I gave them Today was the appt and the realtor called me and told me they never showed up. Called them after I found out and the call was picked up by an answering service. No apology call or anything. Ugh, ...

DO NOT USE this plumbing company. Overcharged us and did not fix the problem. They mislead their customers. They do not return phone calls.

Pros: They responded very quickly to help with an issue the next day. They fixed the issue.

Cons: Unprofessional and sloppy. While issue was fixed, they failed to clean up water on the floor as a result of their work and left appliances crooked that I am afraid to move now because they support the sink.
