Life savers. Thank you for coming to my rescue today. Heard this whooshing noise and it turned out my one of the pipes in baseboard heat sprung a leak and water was everywhere. Called and lucky for me they were in the area and came in 15 minutes to fix the problem. **thank you**.

Called High Tech Plumbing, and and M&M plumbing for an active leak in our basement. High tech said they couldn't come for three weeks (even though they have done work work us before) and M&M said that it would take a week. Both companies DO NOT offer emergency service.

Mountain Plumbing came that day and fixed the problem in less than one hour. This is a company that accommodate's customers and does the job quickly and professionally. Thank You Mountain Plumbing and heating!

AWFUL. We called multiple times, they said they were coming, no show, no call back.... 3x. Shame on me for not calling someone else sooner!

OK, so it's New Years Eve, you're in your small, one bath cabin with your family of 4, ready for a nice relaxed NYE. Then it happens - your one toilet becomes clogged and you realize the entire weekend is in jeopardy! You're potentially destined to drive down the street to the diner (Bob's, a great diner - but that's another review) just to use the bathroom. You're likely to be packing it in and head home as a result. Then you call Mountain Plumbing at roughly 7:30pm with little hope - but a distant prayer. Well, let me tell you - they came through in the clutch on New Years Eve! Tim, you da man! If you need a plumber,in your darkest hours - or even during a sunny day - these folks are your go to people. Put that in your phone address book!

Dave came at 6:30 PM on a Sat nite for a waste line clog. He had the toilet pulled and clog freed in less than an hour using a power snake. He was courteous and neat. Mt Plumbing was the only company that answered my call and dispatched a person immediately.

Awful.

Needed our oil furnace checked and a digital thermostat installed. We were really excited about it. They told us to call the day of the app't to get an arrival time. When we called that day, the woman was cranky. Worse - she forgot (!) that we wanted a new thermostat and asked if had we bought one. We had no way of knowing this - she should have told us when we made the app't. So she had to check to see if the plumber had one & would call us back. She called back, said the thermostat would run @ $400! Since they are $140 at hardware store, this was way too much, so we had to reschedule so we could buy one ourselves. Arg. This was all getting really frustrating, yet she was the rude one. Now the crazy part. She called back a few min. later & asked what kind of furnace we had - gas or oil. We had already said oil, but we told her again. She said ""we don't service those"" & hung up! No one in town even uses gas. What a dumb lie! Very unethical biz practices.
