We are so lucky to have found Ron and Dan! Our heater went out for the second time in one year! We woke up to our house being 55 degrees inside and we have a toddler and a one year old! I was desperate to have someone come out to look at our heater. Ron and Dan were able to come out the same day! The minute these guys came in to inspect the heater, I knew we were in good hands. They were so professional and polite. They explained everything that was going on. Unfortunately, we did need a new heater unit. The circuit board was fried, and they explained that the part was pretty expensive, and due to the fact that we already paid a large amount of money to another company on the first repair, it would be more beneficial to by a new unit. They were able to install the new unit the very next morning. It only took a matter of hours and everything was left in perfect condition. They explained that the reason the circuit board fired was because the heater was overworking. The original duct/opening leaving the heater unit should have been at least 18"" wide but it was only 6""!!! This was putting so much pressure back into the unit that it actually had caused several cracks in it. The thought that our old unit was a ticking time bomb that could have started a house fire or given us all carbon monoxide poisoning is so frightening. I can truly say that these guys saved our lives. Ron, Dan and their team did an amazing job. When they called me to tell me the install was done, it was already 14 degrees warmer by the time I came home. With our old heater it would have taken all day to warm our house back up! The new heater kicks ass! Boy, can we feel a difference. I can finally feel the warm air out of the vents. Our baby's room was always the coldest room in the house. We had to use a space heater every night to keep her warm. With our new heater, her room is so warm, comfy and SAFE!

Dan at Mountain Plumbing and one of his associates Ron Ewell have been a godsend to us. They repaired a sewage connection problem we had for 15 years. They did it efficiently and effectively. We once had to have the sewage connection cleaned out once a year. Now, in 4 years since their work, we have not had one back up.

Dan also installed two toilets for us and again did a bang up job.

I highly recommend Mountain Plumbing. I have used other plumbers and they are the best in service, quality and price.

The 50-year old furnace in our cabin finally wore out, so got two quotes: Mountain Plumbing and Heating and Bear Valley P & H. Decided to go with Mountain instead of BV for three reasons: Mountain didn't give me the hard sales pitch and try to get me to commit that day (after I said I wanted to do some research), they didn't try to sell me a $400 wifi thermostat (that I purchased for $200), and their price was $1300 less than BV. They were able to install the furnace when it was convenient for me, and Dan and his crew were very professional. The new furnace works like a dream! I highly recommend Mountain P & H!!!

I cannot tell you enough how SIMPLY AMAZING this guy is. Thank you to Bill and Nancy Wyatt of Re/Max for this referral. Quite literally saved me thousands of dollars. He is prompt, efficient and honest. Called him up and in one day my heater miseries were over. Turns out this heater can go another 5 years or so and needed a few adjustments. When it's time to replace the system this is the guy I'm gonna call. Hands down absolutely the best.

Dan Payne from MP&H has been working on my cabin for years - absolutely trustworthy & outstanding service at very reasonable prices. He replaced my hot water heater with a state-of-the-art direct-vent heater. It was about HALF the price quoted by Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating and I had less-than-satisfactory service with them as well in the past. Several years ago, I had a tankless hot water heater installed (no one ever told me that tankless hot water heaters do not function well at high altitude and my tenants & I suffered a great deal because of it). Dan has quickly and affordably addressed all issues with plumbing and heating at my cabin in Moonridge for several years. I cannot recommend him and his helpers highly enough!
