Very disappointed by Tracey Tucker and his company. We hired him to do a job, paid him half of the money, and hardly heard from him after that. His communication is minimal and is mostly excuses or lies. He will tell you he will show up at a time and place and just doesn't show up and doesn't call or text you to let you know what is going on.

He is a con- artist. We have talked to another person in the county that hired him for a job and had the same thing happen to them (paid half, signed a contract, and didn't hear back from him). It is extremely unsettling to see people take advantage of other community members in the way that Tracey takes advantage of people.

I don't think that Tracey is a bad person, but I am upset that he won't honor his word or give back the money if he is not going to do the work. I highly recommend looking for a different plumber than this guy. He will just lie to you and rip you off. It is extremely upsetting.
