Joe came to my house which is at least 133 years old but since the courthouse burned down that year, probably older. I purchased my home in November of 2020. I thought it prudent to have the sewer looked at since my home inspector pre purchase couldn't access the sewer pipes. It turned out that there were roots all the way down the pipe and I was close to a back up. Not only did Joe clear the pipes, he diligently worked until 8pm to ensure it was all taken care of. I highly recommend Mountain Magic!

I double down on my review. I had no problem paying for the services. I did ask how long and when you stated what you were doing I needed to remind you what I asked to be done. You then kept saying over and over again, stop watching me work, I can't work with you watching me. At this point I needed to make sure you were clear on what you were to do . I asked you to install a sink which you did not remember the conversation just 5 minutes prior. You then tree a 3 year old temper tantrum and stormed out.
I closed a door to keep the dog's pug if the room and you couldn't figure out how to exit. You were extremely high on something and running around my house like a crazy person. I work with 100's of contractors and you are the most unprofessional and unhinged person to come to any jobsite.

Called Mountain Magic Drain Cleaning to attempt to unclog my septic mainline. Ended up finding a break in the line. Mountain Magic Drain Cleaning located the break making the repair much easier. After the repair was complete they came back and finished unclogging my mainline. Thank you for getting us up and flowing again. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Actual quote from their waiver: ""If our equipment is damaged while attempting to perform service on plumbing systems with the above conditions [including having used drain cleaner or having improperly installed plumbing] you will be charged for the repair or replacement of damaged equipment.""

Most people will use drain cleaner before calling the plumber, and how am I supposed to know if the last plumber improperly installed something?
