Good service and quick response which is why I gave them 3 stars, but overpriced. They charge by the service not the hour. I had 2 shower cartridges replaced and 1 shutoff valve knob replaced. $150 worth of parts $325 for labor. The technician was here for a total of 55 minutes.... The price is after I called and talked to the owner because it started at $650!!!! I should have checked the labor charges before the technician started however he also should have told us the rates prior to having it done.

I have used Mt. Island Plumbing three times since we purchased our home in 2018 and every time they have come out and fix the problem and their prices were very reasonable compared to others. The service men were very respectable of our home, they never left a mess behind.

They have been my "" go to"" and basically saviors! Other well known plumbing companies did not even come close to the service Rick, AJ and Randy provided our home with. Words can not express how grateful we are for this team. We were out of hot water for 3 weeks going back and forth with the "" bigger well known"" companies and Rick and his team got the job done within one hour of contacting them. Mountain Island Plumbing's number is Saved on my phone contacts for sure! Don't make the mistake we made, contact this team as soon as you have a plumbing issue

Had an emergency at my daughter's townhome, a leaking pipe in the ceiling, Servpro gave us the number for Mountain island plumbing, the lady who took my call said I would hear from a tech soon, 4 hours, nothing, called back and she said she would ""resend"" the request and I would hear from someone in minutes,4 days later, still nothing. Thank God for Denver plumbing, they were there and fixed the problem in a few hours.

Had a leak in the water line from the meter into my house which ran under my concrete drive. They did an excellent job of locating the leak and getting it repaired quickly. Very friendly and professional. Everyone wore masks. Very pleased and definitely recommend.

In the past, we've been pleased with Rick. The most recent time not with his staff. They snaked a drain and pushed matter into our grinder pump requiring a weekend service call the same day that Rick said he could not help with. Did not offer to reimburse their charges. Unfortunately, we'll use a different company next time we need plumbing assistance.

I called yesterday afternoon. The option is to leave a message with their answering service. They advertise a quick response. It is Sunday morning and I am still waiting. The least they could do is tell me they are too busy to help!

I called with no hot water in my house, which was from either a bad water heater or a frozen pipe. Rick responded within minutes and talked me through how to diagnose and then fix the problem. I restored my hot water within an hour. Most other plumbers I've worked with will look to collect the service call fee, drag our the hourly charges and tack on anything extra that they can. By not doing that to me in my plumbing emergency, Mt Island Plumbing has earned themselves a long-term client. I second all of the positive reviews that they have on Yelp and the Nextdoor app, and highly recommend them as decent and honest plumbers!

Highly recommend this plumbing company! This is the first time I have given a public review on any company...but I felt the need to report how wonderful the company is and how great of job they were able to do with our plumbing issue. Hi,my name is Jeff.I met Ricks son Matt,at Red Bowl Asian Bistro.I asked for a business card for Mtn Island Plumbing.And last winter,I needed some pipes & fixtures replaced.Rick came out an gave me a very good price an sent two co-workers out.They were fast & friendly.I would recommend them over anyone.
