Just had a new air conditioner and heater installed. Mine of 23 years gave out just before the hot months started.
Total installation took about 5 hours.
The two young men who installed the new units were hard workers and very pleasant to deal with.
Too early to tell how the heater is working but I can say the air conditioner is working just fine.
Mountain Home gives good service and it's nice to know that if anything goes wrong they are but a phone call away.

I used to really like Mountain Air. The servicemen are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I liked them so much I signed up for a ""savings plan"" which extracted money from my bank account so that I would not have to pay a lump sum when it was time to service the furnace. I will not fault the employees of this business. They were excellent. However, I do not appreciate fraud and deceit which Mountain Home Services is practicing. When I called for a furnace service, I found that Mountain Air had merged with another business and cancelled the ""savings plan"" that I had originally had. I had no written notice of this merger or the resulting effect this merger would have on my savings plan being wiped away. I did receive a phone call from Mountain Air and I was asked to call them back regarding some ""changes."" I do not remember any notice in the phone message of my savings plan being absorbed with the merger. Furthermore, I don't understand why there was no written notice sent out to consumers of this savings plan being cancelled and accumulated sums previously paid into this plan being absorbed by the merger. Beware of Mountain Home Services.

I can't thank this company enough for the help yesterday morning. Our heater quit working and dispatch got us in quick (I forgot your name, sorry). Mike Murphy showed up and was amazing! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even gave me some additional training on the new unit. Thank you! Mike was awesome and helped me sign up for maintenance plan as well.
