I made an appointment well in advance. They said that they would show up between 8 and 12. At 12 I called. They said that the fellow was just finishing up his previous job and that he would be here shortly. An hour later I called again. This time they said that they had no idea when he might arrive.

Mountain High of Flagstaff AZ. glued the sink to the counter top.

Several years ago I was replacing my bathroom drop-in sink, faucet, and valves, but ran into a problem I couldn't solve so I called Mountain High. They finished the installation. However, I have never been happy with the sink, so I decided to replace it, but when I tried to remove it it wouldn't budge. So, I got under it and pounded it with a rubber mallet and it still wouldn't budge. So I called Mountain High here in Flagstaff and spoke to a plumber who told me they use Liquid Nails as a sealant for the sinks they install.

Liquid Nails it is not a sealant, it is a permanent bonding agent for which there is no solvent. So, apparently, any sink installed by Mountain High can never be replaced without also replacing the counter-top.

FYI The problem I couldn't solve: When I tried replacing the existing shutoff valve with a quarter-turn valve the collar wouldn't come off the copper cold water line no matter how much WD40 I used. Finally I called Mountain High and the problem was solved in three seconds with a piece of emory cloth to remove the slight burrs on the copper line that I hadn't noticed. Live and learn.mou

I came back from a 3 week trip to Phoenix. No hot water and it was 35 degrees. I called Mountain High and from the moment the dispatcher answered, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Tony was the service technician and called me twice to check in. I was able to get the matter resolved before Tony arrived. He was glad it was taken care of and offered to help anytime in the future. This was my experience and I appreciate that even though the company and Tony didn't make any money off of my situation. They were glad I was able to get the matter taken care of. Thank Tony, the nice dispatcher, and Mountain High Plumbing.

Although COVID created a little hiccup in scheduling the work was impeccable. The team was professional , trustworthy , prompt and the pricing was fair. I will continue using this company and recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with especially the employee Tony he lied for 4 days straight on coming out not having the equipment to do his job, getting stuck in traffic what ever lie he could think of he did one of the 4 days he was suppose to be there at 10:30 in the morning kept calling like always he had an excuse why he was late finally after talking to him repeatedly that day along with all the other days he had the nerve to tell me that he would have to charge over time if he showed up after 5. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted in this company if you don't know what your doing Tony don't schedule appointments. Also just a friendly recommendation to the owner you might want to teach Tony some social skills and language barriers.
