I had such a great experience with Mountain Fresh Water Systems! From beginning to end it was a pleasure . When I called in Isaac was quick to answer and directed me to Glenn (The owner of the company). He was so honest and straightforward no BS. He then sent Hunter (his son) out to my home to take a look at my install. Hunter explained all units in detail and gave me the best quote . We went with the Pinnacle Refiner and I love it!
Kory came to install the system about 2 days later. He was on time, quick, and clean! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends !

Just had my water softener replaced as it had worn out after 13 years. Glenn gave me a great price and his Plumber Kory did a fantastic job installing it, great workmanship. He also noticed that my water heater was leaking and when I inspected it the intake pipe had corroded and was close to bursting. That ""catch"" saved me from a Big Plumbing Disaster. The next day he installed a new Hot Water Tank at a great price. Very Happy with everything, especially adverting the disaster.

I had an appointment scheduled between 12-2 today. I waited and of course no one showed. When I called to find out what time they would really show they told me they couldn't reach me to confirm so they didn't put me on the schedule. I have no messages or missed calls on my phone. Too many other companies who want your business so I'm not wasting anymore precious hours waiting for no shows

I've used Mountain Fresh Water Systems. They have excellent products and great service. I've purchased two RO systems for my last two homes. However, if you don't keep up with the change of filters from Glen Buckman, he will be disappointed. I called him some time ago to purchase filters, he talked to me and seemed to have looked me up in his database and never got back to me. I always wondered why. So I finally decided to write this review.

When looking for a soft water and RO system, Mountain Fresh was not only the most responsive and honest, but they were also the most affordable. Both Glenn and Hunter were super easy to work with and very professional when it came to giving me quotes both over the phone and over email. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of at any point during the process. The installs of both systems went smoothly and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. No hidden fees or excuses. I would highly recommend Mountain Fresh to anyone in the area looking for water softener or RO systems.

The owner Glen Buckman is a fraud and will rip you off! DO nOT USE THIS COMPANY! We met these frauds at the Phoenix Home and Garden Show. These guys are a scam and a fraud they will rip you off. They will try to sell you a Reverse Osmosis water tank even if yours is working which is a fraud! The service tech will come out looking for a reason to rip you off and swipe your card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARd INFORMATION! They are a FRAUD! Be very careful and background check these FRAUDS! Call me with questions!

Mountain Fresh Water Systems has been providing excellent service for my water softening needs for the past 10 years. They are a top notch company who are always available to take my questions and provide an excellent service. My soft water system recently quit and they immediately came out and put in a new system. We purchased our home several months ago and knew that we wanted to get a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed before we starting using our appliances. I requested several quotes on Yelp, and Glenn was one of the first to respond and provided a very thorough quote. We had two different companies come out to the house and provide an estimate, and Glenn was by far more knowledgable on water systems than the other company. We got a top of the line system for nearly the same price the competitor was charing for a basic system. Glenn even dropped off the RO faucet before installation so we could have my father-in-law paint it to match our matte black faucet.

The two guys doing the install were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately we didn't have a soft water loop in our home, so the techs had to do some serious plumbing. You couldn't even tell that they had dug up the front yard after they had finished.

We have had our system for about 5 months now and we couldn't be happier. We are so glad that we chose Mountain Fresh for our water softener and RO!
