We had Mountain Fresh out in 2020 to install our home RO and water softener. Since then, we have them back out once a year to change out the filters and inspect our system. Mountain Fresh came in at a great price, were on time, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Mountain Fresh to anyone looking for a RO system or water softener.

We went to a home show on 2020 looking for a new RO & whole house water treatment system. After checking are options we came to a decision based on the info provided that the company offered the best choice. Most RO's have ratios of water used to make gallon that are to wasteful. The Pinnacle PH plus has a 1 to 1 throw plus you add the useful minerals back in the water made. Also we opted for the Pinnacle whole house water softening system. After 3 years we are extremely happy with the system & the people at Mountain fresh. You should definitely consider them for all your house water needs. FYI they also put in a outside hose bib to use the soft water to wash your car. This means no hard water spots ruining your cars paint. You might find a cheaper or more expensive system but they tick all the boxes in my opinion.

In 2013 we bought a house with a salt free water conditioning unit, and R/O under the kitchen sink. We had Mountain Fresh Water care for our R/O unit
for nearly 9 years, and they replaced it when it was needed. The old salt free
unit had been here before we bought the house so it needed replaced. At
first we considered a water softener, but we have had salt free systems for
over twenty years at this house and others so stayed with what we knew.
Thanks to Hunter for being there to answer my many questions about the
system offered, and never making me feel like I was a nuisance. Kory was great to work with even on a Monday when it seems something is bound to
go wrong. He stayed late, and made sure everything was in top working order. Such nice folks to work with, and give you confidence in your purchase. If you are looking for water quality systems look no further than

Talked to several companies about my needs. I have really sensitive skin and the water in Gilbert tears me up. I not only need water softening, I need the chemicals in the water like chlorine to be blocked. After talking to Glenn with Mountain Fresh I knew I was on to something since other companies would not talk about their exact setup, or they would try to trash the other companies while selling a pricey system from a company that has a spotty track record. Glenn who owns Mountain Fresh didn't bite when I told him what other companies said about him. He showed me different types of tanks they have at several price points depending on what you need, all reasonable. I ended up going with a two tank system in the Pinnacle line. One tank filters out the chemicals and the 2nd one does the water softening. I can't tell you how much this instantly changed my family's life. We even went ahead and got the RO system for cooking and drinking water. We went the the 8-9 pH alkaline membrane because we had been buying that kind of water from Water and Ice. My showers are cleaner, dishes are cleaner, clothes are softer and cleaner, and OMG my skin is completely in better condition and doesn't burn/itch when I get out of the shower. I had no idea how bad the water was on my skin was until I started showering in clean water. I have researched that whole home water filtration systems (with softening and chemical filtering) runs $4000-6000 and I assure you I paid on the low end. If you just need water softening you can get in at 1/4 of that but I damn sure feel like I got my money's worth going with the two tank system and getting the RO installed. One last thing. After other companies said I would have to have my tanks outside or run pipes under my sidewalk or driveway because of where my main water pop up was, they were able to tap in to the main water intake from the attic and drop down into my garage where I wanted my tanks. All of it was installed within 3 hours and the most professional plumbers you can hope to have did the instally. This review was not solicited, but I felt after a few weeks of trying it out and experiencing the results more people should know this company is legit and they let their products speak for itself without trashing the competition.

I wanted help replacing my RO system's filters. I'd bought the replacement filters from the manufacturer but thought better of doing it myself, realizing even the slightest mistake could be costly. I emailed Mountain Fresh and Glenn quoted me a great price to have someone come out and install my new filters for me.

Christian arrived promptly on time, let me know what he was going to do, kept me informed of his efforts throughout the process, and left the unit and area under the sink looking better than when he arrived. I was incredibly impressed and appreciative of how polite, respectful, and professional he carried himself the entire time. Excellent representative and reflection of the company.

Customers are often quick to report poor customer service while not enough customers report excellent experiences so I wanted to be sure and share the very positive experience I had with Mountain Fresh, starting with Glenn's prompt reply, their very competitive quote (which they stuck to! no hidden charges or fees!), and highlighted by Christian's service call. Awesome.

Hunter and Glenn have a very transparent and straightforward approach, their honesty and low pressure sales style was so refreshing.

After having sat through 3 other consultations from various water system companies it was a no brainer to go with Mountain Fresh. Better pricing and better value than anyone else out there, the others were not even in the same ball park for value or pricing.

Glenn emailed me pricing up front, no fluffy sales call and then scheduled with Hunter for an in-person consult to go over the whole range of their products. At no point did Hunter ever push any particular product on us and wanted to make sure we got what we needed at a price point we were comfortable with.

I was referred to them by a neighbor and was not disappointed with Mountain Fresh. My initial contact was with Hunter who quoted the most reasonable price for a water conditioning system. A couple of days later I called and spoke to Glen with some questions. He was very patient and informative. Both father and son are the most polite and respectful people I have ever dealt with.

Cory, the installer, was also the best he did a very clean install. We discovered a change for the better in water quality almost instantly.
