The owner Glen Buckman is a fraud and will rip you off! DO nOT USE THIS COMPANY! We met these frauds at the Phoenix Home and Garden Show. These guys are a scam and a fraud they will rip you off. They will try to sell you a Reverse Osmosis water tank even if yours is working which is a fraud! The service tech will come out looking for a reason to rip you off and swipe your card! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARd INFORMATION! They are a FRAUD! Be very careful and background check these FRAUDS! Call me with questions!

Mountain Fresh Water Systems has been providing excellent service for my water softening needs for the past 10 years. They are a top notch company who are always available to take my questions and provide an excellent service. My soft water system recently quit and they immediately came out and put in a new system. We purchased our home several months ago and knew that we wanted to get a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed before we starting using our appliances. I requested several quotes on Yelp, and Glenn was one of the first to respond and provided a very thorough quote. We had two different companies come out to the house and provide an estimate, and Glenn was by far more knowledgable on water systems than the other company. We got a top of the line system for nearly the same price the competitor was charing for a basic system. Glenn even dropped off the RO faucet before installation so we could have my father-in-law paint it to match our matte black faucet.

The two guys doing the install were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately we didn't have a soft water loop in our home, so the techs had to do some serious plumbing. You couldn't even tell that they had dug up the front yard after they had finished.

We have had our system for about 5 months now and we couldn't be happier. We are so glad that we chose Mountain Fresh for our water softener and RO!

I was all ready to spend a lot of money fixing my water softener that sprung a leak. I had a couple of bids greater than $1k before contacting Glenn. Mountain Fresh was able to complete a repair for under $300. Taylor, who made the repair, was not only very nice, but he completed the work in next to no time.

The down and dirty version: This is an awesome company! From Glenn answering the phone and getting the ball rolling to Frank digging in (literally) and sticking with it till the job is done, every aspect of my issue was handled with professionalism, courteous promptness, and expertise. I cannot recommend them high enough.

The long and....well, even clean when the job was done version: Normally I try to have at least a little humor in my reviews, however, there is nothing funny about the excellent, prompt, and workman like service you will receive from Mountain Fresh. Although how much more expensive and hard to deal with all the other companies I contacted were is laughable.

These guys are on point and not only have great rates but great service. I requested a quote on Yelp and Glen got back to me within minutes and provided his cell phone so I could text him photos of the issue. Same as the ones attached here. I was pretty sure I had a broken main water line.

I then followed up with a phone call and Glen took care of me right away and quoted out extremely reasonable rates. He sent my contact info to his field guy (Frank) right away and let me know that it might be a few minutes, as expected when you think about it, as Frank might have his head under a sink.

Frank was amazing. Not only did he instill me with confidence in his knowledge and expertise but he really went the extra mile. He squeezed me in late in the day and even hoofed it over to the westside after his last call in Chandler. Then even after needing to run for materials stuck with it till after dark. After digging down he confirmed that indeed my main was cracked. Roots from my tree were reeking havoc on my pipes. Some pics attached.

When finished he filled it in and even re-spread my rock. Then, even after that, at nearly 9pm at night he took the time to put some booties on to cover up his work boots and come in and answer all my questions about home water filtration, osmosis, and softeners. Glen is going to follow up with me.

I tell you what....I will not be using any other company other than Mountain Fresh for my water needs, problems, and plumbing. I am so happy to have found such a great company to service me even all the way out in Estrella Mountain Ranch.

Oh, Most importantly!!! I don't have to listen to any whining in the morning as my wife and all daughters will get to shower!!! Hip hip huzzah!!!!!!

We had or RO system installed today by Frank, and he was helpful and so professional. Our water pressure is too high for the RO, (we knew this in advance) and they are installing a pressure regulator at a much fairer price than a larger competitor.

In summary, they are professional and courteous, and their prices are much more fair than other companies and they stand by their work. What could be better than that?
